I went back to find Lily sprawled across the couch, clearly exhausted after her "night out" with Tala. I got up to wake her when I noticed a beautiful ring on her finger. Great! Now probably that moron asked her out and she said yes. He must have given this to her. I thought. I looked at her and Dranzer shined in my blade.
So master has finally found his match, Dranzer said in my head.
Yes, I kind of started having feelings for her, but it is no use. I sighed.
Don't be dejected master. Dranzer comforted me. It can be something else too, don't assume things.
I sighed and replied, 'I hope you are right.' And with that, I went to sleep.
After an hour or so, I woke up to find Lily wide awake on the couch.
'Not sleepy?' I yawned.
'Nightmare...'
'So?' I shrugged.
'When I was a kid, I always used to sleep with Tala and cuddle him whenever I had a nightmare. So...It's become a habit...' She blushed
She used to sleep with that MORON??? I internally screamed.
'Well, since Tala is not here, i can take his replacement....' I smirked.
'R-Really?'
'Yep... and then I will have some experience so that i do not make a fool out of myself in front of my crush...' I shrugged.
'Oh yes...Your crush..'She sighed and came towards me. She laid down on the bed and snuggled close to me. I could almost feel myself blushing as I cuddled her and fell asleep with Lily beside me.
