Chapter 16

Cindy's POV

It's been 3 and a half years since me and Henry had a conversation. I tried reaching up to him. I called mum but she said he hasn't been visiting them. Savannah and I have grown a marvelous friendship. Aiden and I have been hanging out too. But we left it at just being just friends. Maybe because I'm still madly inlove with Henry. This summer Aiden and Savannah are spending time in my house. I can't wait to give back home. So excited to see everyone!

"packed?" I asked Savannah. It was 6 in the morning and our flight leaves at 7

"Almost, just need to get my passport and were off." she replied.

I answered the door when I heard a knock.

"We ready?" Aiden asked

"Yep!" Savannah and I both yelled.

Aiden picked up my suitcases and waited til we were all out of the room.

"It's fine! I can pick my own bags up," Savannah said sarcasticly

We all laughed. I helped her with some of her bags. She had 6 of them, counting her handbag and they were all full of stuff.

"Do you plan on going back?" Aiden teased savannah

"Not with you," She teased back.

We headed straight to the airport and checked in.

"Hello, hello!!! come in!" my mum greeted as she gave us all hugs.

"Hey mum," I greeted, "where's dad?" I asked

"He's are work honey. Come into the kitchen lovies, I cooked dinner." she said leading us to the kitchen.

"Wow Mrs Walker it smells so good in here." Aiden said.

Mum and Aiden got along very good when we were dating and they still do.

"Aiden how much I missed you and your compliments." She smiled giving them drinks.

"Omg this is soooo good!" Savannah said already digging into the roasted pig.

my mum laughed, "I'm glad you like it honey. You're staying with us right?"

"Is it alright?" she asked.

"Oh don't be sill, you're welcome anytime!" my mum said confidently and giving her a hug.

"Am I?" Aiden teased.

"Well it was your second home," My mum winked at him.

Our laughter was interrupted by my phone ringing. I excused myself from the table and picked up the phone.

"Hey you!" it was Shane. I have missed her so much! "I heard your back in town!"

"How do you know?" I asked sounding cheeky.

"Does it matter? Why didn't you tell me?"

"It was going to be a surprise!"

"Anyways, come for brunch with me tomorrow!" she said I could hear excitement on her voice.

"That's sounding more like a demand not a question," I teased.

"You have no choice gir! Favorite cafe ?"

"totally, I'll see ya!" and with that we hanged up the phone.

I went back to the kitchen and they all looked at me like I killed someone.

"What's up?" I said curiously

Aiden gave me a smirk, "I'm staying over,"

"You have no place to sleep. Savannah has the guest room."

"exactly," he winked.

they all gave a smile and I just rolled my eyes. Great! having to share a bed with my ex is jussttttt great! Note the sarcasm!
