Chapter 11

Natsu's P.O.V

There was something about Loke Lion that really bothered me. I can't tell what it was exactly. I just know you can't fully trust that guy.

Until  half an hour ago, I paid no attention to Lion. Then, I found out that he joined the Theater Club -Lucy and Levy's Theater Club.

The bell rang. I went to Lucy and Levy's table, holding my lunch tray in one hand.

"Hey, I'm going to have lunch with Lissana and the guys today." I told Lucy.

"Okay," Lucy said cheerfully.

"Later, L." I said, frowning a bit. She wasn't usually that cheerful.

I was about to leave when she said, "Sure, whatever." in that jolly voice again. I stared at her for a few seconds. Something was definitely amiss.

"Are you alright?" I asked her suspiciously.

"Of course I am!" she said brightly, grinning at me.

Now, I was sure of it. No sarcasm from her? That was bizzare.

Lucy stood up and went to buy a soda, almost with a skip in her steps. I was bemused.

I turned to Levy. "What's wrong with her?"

"Well," Levy said sheepishly, hesitating.

"It seems kinda nerdy..."

"That's normal, Levy."

"Well, you see, there's a guy that joined the club earlier today. And it's awesome because it was totally unexpected."

"Why?" I asked in confusion.

"Natsu, I think you know that it's almost unlikely of someone to join our club unless he's not a freshman."

I looked away and ran my hands through my hair. She was right.

"I know Lucy thinks that, too. She was so shocked when she learned that someone like Loke Lion joined our 'nerd' club. Obviously, he's nowhere near a nerd." Levy explained.

"Who?" I asked somewhat surprised. Did she just say Loke Lion? And did she also just say that he joined the Theater Club?

"Loke Lion," Levy repeated the new guy.

Now, here I was, sitting with Sting, Gajeel, Lissana and her friends. I've been watching Lucy's table for a few minutes now.

Lion sat beside them. I shouldn't be bothered by it. I should be happy that someone was nice enough to sit with Lucy. But seriously, no one was that nice.

And dude! He was hitting on her! The way he smiled at her was beyond friendly. But of course, Lucy wouldn't notice that.

(Annie: Guys! GET READY TO SCREAM!! *,* >////< Kyahh~ *nosebleeds* huahh~ *faints....This is heaven =w=)

I felt my knuckles clench involuntarily.

I felt the urge to knock that guy out.

(Annie: hehehe Natsu's jelly!! =3=

N and L: Will you please stop that and just GO ON WITH THE STORY?!?!

I glanced at the people at our table, hoping to calm myself, when I saw Gajeel also watching Lucy's table attentively.
