'So, do you like it here?' Emily asked
'Well, uhm there are many things I still don't understand..'
'Yeah, the boys can be really confusing.' She laughed.
'Emily can I ask you something?'
'Uhm sure, but I don't know if I can answer.' She said.
What does she mean??
'What is this place?'
'It's called the Denn. And it's our home.' She said.
'Are there any other girls here?'
'Yes there are.' She said. I think she became really nervous..
We stopped walking.
'Em, are you okay?' I asked.
'I'm fine, we're almost there.' She said
'Why does Dylan need permission from Thomas?'
'Because, he's our alpha.' She said.
'What's an alpha?'
'An alpha is the leader of a pack. He or she is the biggest and the strongest of all of the wolves.' She said and clearly she was looking at me like I was a fool not knowing what an alpha was.
'Wolves?'
'Yes, wolves.'
She became really irritated and she began to walk faster and faster.
'What do you mean with wolves?'
'BECAUSE WE ARE!' She now shouted it out and I fellt a cold chill going threw my body.
But her face quick switched from angry to sad.
'I'm sorry.' She said.
'I have controlling issues. It's one of the things wolves have problems with.' She continued
'It's okay.' I responded
'We're here.' She said
And suddenly I became really afraid of what may come next.
