When I woke up again, the sky was darkening outside my window. I moved crefully and sighed in relief as the pain was very dull. I gingerly got out of the bed. I stretched and winced at the slight soreness. But It was so much better. I slowly made my way out the door and down to the kitchen. Sitting on the kitchen bench was the twins, Gordon and Josh. As soon as I entered they rushed over.
"What are you doing up?"
"Are you alright?"
"How do you feel?"
"Do you need anything?"
"Guys," I said loudly, shutting them up, "I'm fine. A little sore but fine."
"Still. Come over, and sit down," Gorden insisted and walked me over to the chairs that I now realized Bell sat at.
I smile warmly at her as I sat and she smiled shyly.
The guys joined us and I asked, "So what did I miss?"
They shrugged. "Not much, we were waiting for you to wake up," Josh admitted.
I reached over and slapped his head. "Ow, what was that for?"
"You shouldn't worry," I said and he raised his eye brow. "Okay," I back tracked, "Maybe a little." They laughed.
"You seem back to your old self," Austin said coming in with my brother and 2 other boys who I recognized. I shrugged, trying to make it look like I barely noticed him but in fact it was quite the opposite. I felt a pull, tugging me to him but I didn't want to. I felt him walk closer, his eyes boring into my back, so he was now standing behind us. He put his hands on the back of my chair and said, "What are you guys having for dinner?"
"I'm not sure," Josh said shrugging.
"Well, we're going to dinner up at the local place. Do you wanna come?"
No! No! No! "Sure," I heard my mouth say.
Stupid! I don't want to go!
Dean reached over and grabbed my hand. "Are you sure you want to go? I mean 12 hours ago you couldn't move," he said looking into my eyes.
"I'm fine," I assured him
"Okay, it's sorted," Gordon said, grabbing Bell's hand as he stood up, "We have to go get changed. Meet here in around 15 minutes?"
We all nodded and I stood up following them out. I slipped into my room, and went straight to the shower. Stripping down, I turned the water on and jumped in. I quickly cleaned all my sleep off me and felt more awake when I got out 5 minutes later. Wrapping myself in a towel I walked over to my closet. I picked out a pair of dark wash jeans, a long loose white top and a long necklace with a cross at the end. I put on black ankle boots and let my hair out in curls. Grabbing my purse, I went down stairs to meet the others. Everyone was already down there and once I walked in Sean asked, "Ready to go?" I nodded and we all walked out. My pack and Bell went in Gordon's car and the others in Austin's. We all chatted normally until we got there. We met the others outside the door then walked in to get a table. I sat down with Dean and Sean on either side. The waiter came over and he was cute. He had blond hair that touched the top of his ears and dark blue eyes. He walked over next to me and smirked at me.
"Hey beautiful, what can I get for you?" he asked, flirtationously.
I smiled and replied, "What would you recommend?"
I heard a growl from across the table. I looked over and saw Austin glaring dangerously at him. I rolled my eyes and looked back at the waiter. "I'll have a coke," I said politely.
