Chapter Nine: I'll tell the whole school

I smiled smugly at Kelsie as she trudged in with a somber look on her face. She had broken up with Ryden, which meant he was fair game now. All that was left was to sleep with him, which shouldn’t be that hard. Ryden had changed so much since the bet started. Only two more months until Ryden turns eighteen and finds out who his mate his. Only four more months until graduation. And then the bet would be over. I would win this though. I knew I would. I began putting on the helpless little girl act and I think I have Ryden wrapped around my finger. Since he and Kelsie don’t hang out anymore that just leaves Arianna, Craven, Hazel, and I. Since he got rid of Kelsie, I have taken up hanging out with him.

“Hey Jamie.” Ryden smiled walking up to me with Waverly glued to his side. That stupid little omega needed to back off. He was going to be mine no matter what.

“Hey Ryden.” I purred giving him a hug. I could feel his pulse accelerate as I pressed my body up against him.

“Jamie.” Waverly growled giving me a death glare. What the hell was her problem? He wasn’t her mate.

“Waverly.” I said curtly before taking Ryden’s hand and leading him towards our table.

“Hey Ryden.” Arianna smiled looking up at him. Ryden only nodded before turning to look at Kelsie. Kelsie was sitting all by herself at a table in a corner.

“Ryden, get over her.” Craven barked glaring at him. He only nodded before going back to staring at his food.

“You okay?” Waverly asked running a hand through his hair. He only cringed away before getting up and leaving. What the hell was wrong with that boy? I was ready to just give up on him. He has always acted like such a little girl. He needs to be a man and grown up.

“What the hell is his problem?” I snorted.

“Why don’t you stop being such a bitch and actually get to know him before you try and sink your filthy little claws in him?” Arianna snarled glaring at me.

“Why don’t you shut the fuck up and stay out of this?”

“I can’t. You and Craven are the ones that dragged us all into this stupid little game.” She screamed causing a few odd looks.

“We didn’t force you into anything.”

“Yeah you guys did.” Hazel said lazily.

“What the hell?” Craven snarled.

“I mean I’m not even trying. I honestly could care less. I know who my mate is and I’m not about to toy with some poor boy.” Hazel shrugged.

“Oh really? So then you aren’t with us?” Craven growled.

“I never was really with you guys. I mean I was for a little bit. Then I saw the bigger picture when Waverly showed up. He won’t sleep with any of us. Not unless he falls in love. And from the looks of it he is torn between Kelsie and Waverly. And Waverly isn’t even in the games. So right now your competition is Kelsie whether she wants in this thing anymore or not. Or here is a little smarter advice. Call off the games. It is childish.” Hazel smirked before walking off with her food heading towards where Kelsie sat. What the hell was their problem lately? Didn’t they want the million? I know Kelsie could sure use it. Then again her sister did win the twenty-five grand and she won the fifty. Maybe she thought she could just drop out after she won the money she wanted. News flash. You couldn’t.

Craven and I slipped into the girl’s restroom to hear Kelsie sobbing in one of the stalls. Craven and I rolled our eyes before we kicked open the door and drug her out by her hair. This little bitch needed to learn a lesson. I was going to win the games. She needed to back off of Ryden.

“What the hell?” She cried out glaring up at me.

“Stay away from Ryden. He is ours.” Craven snapped.

“I don’t want him. I’m out of the Games. You have taken this too far Craven. He is going to get hurt, or we are going to get hurt.” She growled.

“No, we aren’t. Why should we care what happens to Ryden afterwards anyway? He is a big boy. He can take care of himself.” I cackled.

“Fuck you!” Kelsie spat before punching Craven in the face and taking off for the door. I quickly grabbed her by her hair and yanked her down to the ground.

“Don’t you ever walk away from us. We are the ones that made you, and we can easily destroy you.”

“Like I’m not already destroyed! Just leave me the hell alone!” She screamed thrashing around.

“You see Kelsie, we cannot do that. You might spill about what we plan to do.”

“And what is that?”

“We are going to drug Ryden.” I smirked.

“That’s against the rules!” She cried out as I yanked her to her feet by her hair.

“Like we care. But you aren’t going to utter a word about it are you?”

“I’ll tell the whole school!”

“Bad choice.” Craven giggled before smashing Kelsie’s face against the marble countertop. Blood poured out of Kelsie’s mouth as we stalked out leaving her there. Hopefully that would teach her to stay away from what is ours.
