Y/N'S POV
i wake up to jacks body shaking like crazy. I am completely startled. I soon realize he is having a seizure. I roll him on his side and hold his head still. I reach for my phone and dial 911.
"911, was your emergency?"
"Hello i am in a Marriott Suit and my boyfriend is having a seizure. I have him on his side and am stabilizing his head." I felt like i was going to cry.
"Ok keep him like that and don't move. Help us on the way." Says the 911 operator.
I hang up my phone and pray while holding onto Jacks body. The first responders come and take Jack in an ambulance. Since our parents are in America they let me ride along. I call Andy.
"Hey Andy"
"Hey y/n! Why are you calling so early?"
"Jack just had a seizure and i am in an ambulance right now. Im sure he would appreciate if you were hear." I say fighting to hold back tears.
"Im on my way right now" Says Andy.
Right as i hang up the phone the wires that were on Jack made a flat line noise.
"CHARGE TO 100,"Screams one of the paramedics, "CLEAR." They shock Jacks body.
"CHARGE TO 200, CLEAR" They shock him again. I start full on sobbing.
"CHARGE TO 300, CLEAR" finally this shock gave them some heart functions. Once we arrive at the hospital Andy is in the waiting room and i run up to him and hug him. Andy had a few tear stains but he stopped crying. After 4 hours the doctors let us in Jacks room. He tells us what happened.
"Jack was skipping his morning medications. That's what triggered the seizure. The seizure was so severe it caused brain damage. We will need to do surgery. We aren't sure if he'll wake up if we do the surgery. We're not even sure if he'll wake up if we don't do the surgery. Are you his father?" The doctor pointed to Andy
"Oh-uh- no i am the director of the movie he is in. His parents are in America."
"Well I'm afraid you might want to trouble his parents."
I can't take it anymore. I fall on my knees. I cry. I cry because the love of my life is right in front of my eyes dying.
"We're going to call his parents and get him prepped for surgery. I'm really sorry." The doctor says.

DOCTORS POV
"Doc his heart rate is going fast."
"I'm almost done. Just let me finish." The doctor says.
"Doc this is getting too high."
"LET ME FINISH!"
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. The heart monitor goes off the charts.
"OH SHIT." Blood squirted out of jacks brain. I put a cotton ball like substance on the hole. The bleeding stops and i sew the kid back together. Once his heart rate is under control i finish the surgery.  I go out to see the kids parents, the director dude, i think his name was Andy, and the kids girlfriend.
"Hello! I was the doctor on Jacks case. During the surgery there was a major complication that he might never recover from. The major thing we are scared of is brain death. We are also scared of paralysis. He should wake up in 4-5 hours."

Y/N'S POV
i see Mrs. Grazer collapse into Mr. Grazer's arms. I collapse onto Andy. The next thing i know we are in Jacks room. He's sitting up drinking water and talking to his mom. He isn't saying big words. Just Yes and No for right now. He looks over at me and cocks his head and points at me. His mom says "yes that's y/n, your girlfriend." Jack shakes his head no. "Yes sweetie that's her." I pull up a picture of Ellie and show it to him. He nodded his head.
"Mine." Jack says.
"Is that y-your gir-girlfriend?" I say swallowing back my tears. Jack nods his head yes. I run out of the room. I know he's on medications and i know he just had some major brain trauma but im his girlfriend. Not Ellie. I cry and run. I run to the hotel and cry into the white pillows. When i hold up my dizzy head the white pillow turned black from my mascara. I hadn't drank any water for the past 7 hours and i just cried out half of the water in my so i get dizzy i hear Finn Jaeden Wyatt and the rest of the cast at my door i open it and say "hi g-guys!" I plop on the floor and pass out.
