I hear the distant boom
As the menacing storm approach
One cannot miss the defining noise
The blinding flash
Or the trail of damage it leaves behind
When you hear the unmistakable crack
As if a gun has been shot
One knows that the lightning
Has struck it's opponent
And the everlasting war of man vs nature continues
