A dragon without wings

Careless the happy family tried to walk out, all they wanted was the company of each other. Rather than a crazy lady that strapped Emma to a chair and gave her a helmet to forget her identity. Reaching the edge of the dark dominion they felt themselves growing further and further away from their goal to freedom.

"Whys the light getting further away?" Graces scared voice muttered as she shivered from the feeling that they weren't leaving. "Emma we're walking backwards." Regina's heart sunk noticing that the more they tried to move forwards the further back they were getting. "Gina it's fine we're not because I struggle to walk backwards without falling over." Emma glanced towards her feet and watched the pavement push her back like a treadmill.

"Weren't planning on leaving without saying goodbye were we?" That annoying snake voice hissed down Emma's neck from behind as the seven of them turned around. Suddenly a hand appeared in front of the blonde "back off miss hiss, that there is my wife you're trying to sweet talk!" Henry smiled at how a few years ago Regina would have left Emma to the green woman's mercy, now she's the hero she was always meant to be. Knowing her place the lady stepped back and made her way to Puddleglum and clicked her fingers.

He was hypnotised. Enticed by her false charm and beauty. At the side of him belle stood fretting about everything she's ever done wrong in her life. Emma stood holding her head panicking because she had forgotten how to breathe. Regina stood in chains tough as dragon skin. Grace felt her feet glued to the floor but as the lady of green Kirtle stood and clicked her fingers. Nothing. Henry felt fine, her dark magic couldn't work on the son of the lightest parents. Two mothers willing to die for him and his happiness. She had no hold upon him.

"I know you." Henry stepped forwards with the upmost confidence looking the witch in the eyes. "You're the white witch now turned lady of Kirtle and after you'd tested your chair on my mom you we're going to kidnap prince Ridian and make him your slave. Well not if I have something to say about it." His eyes sharpened and he arched his brow towards the pretender before him. she hissed looking like she we're about to transform into a snake, her pupils narrowing. Shedding the skin on top of her outer coating to reveal her true beastly nature. She had become a giant green python, a monster the size of a dragon. It was a dragon without feet, fire or wings.

Lunging towards the boy she aimed straight for his neck. Henry only just dodging the strike weaves his way in and out of the people he loved. "I think I'll kill the little doll first." Jumping in front of the best he stood and held his arms up to adress the creature. "No!" Henry screamed as his mothers began to freak out, they didn't want their son eaten! "What are you going to do about it?" The creature gave a hissing laugh as she looked down upon the petty humans. "This." He beamed white light just as his hand brushed graces. In a flash they were all stood looking at the rubble falling down, the ruins becoming more of a ruin, no longer did it read a message, it was a ruin once again.

"Can we go home happy now?" Belle smiled to them as she put her hand on Henry's shoulder, content he was alive. "Yes, that's an idea. Home and bed for you mister don't think we haven't forgotten about you leaving that lamppost." Regina have him a serious look as he slapped the palm of his hand to his forehead. "There's someone we need to see before that Gina. We need to see August." Nodding in agreement Henry seemed over joyed about seeing an old friend again. So the seven embarked back to August's castle.
