I didn't know how long I was under the shower, how long it took me to stop my breakdown, before finally taking a proper shower.

I walked out half dry and shirtless with a towel around my waist and hair sticking to my forehead as I rummaged through my drawer for my clothes. I hadn't done my laundry for a week and I only had a few pieces of clothing left, which to my dismay were the clothes I either borrowed from him or the ones he gave me years ago.

I sighed and ended up grabbing a white shirt with some butterflies print on it and a pair of black jeans, placing them on the bed. I was about to dress myself up when it hit me that I hadn't closed the front door yet.

With a groan, I walked towards the door and closed it before changing into the clothes I chose. I made my way to the bed and started dressing myself up.

Putting the shirt on, I was taken back that it still smelled like him. I sighed softly and stared at the mirror in front of me. I traced the butterfly prints on the shirt when my phone buzzed. I checked my phone and it appeared that Hobi hyung texted me.

To: Chim Chim
From: Hobi

Jiminie, let's hang out! Jin hyung told me that Yoongi will be covering your shift for today.

I was a bit surprised that Yoongi hyung was covering for me because he rarely did that. But I was still happy since I could at least be off from work today and only have college left to attend.

Grinning slightly, I texted Hobi back.

To: Hobi
From: Jiminie

Sure thing, hyung! I have some classes after this til 1 so maybe we can go around 2?

I placed my phone down on my desk and inserted my notes and homework along with my laptop into my backpack. Once set, I grabbed a beanie and placed it on my head before grabbing my wallet, putting it into my pocket, and putting my shoes on.

Taking one last glance at the mirror, I smiled a bit at my reflection before exiting my apartment. Once out of the building, I checked my phone and saw another notification from Hobi.

To: Chim Chim
From: Hobi

Alright then, meet me at Bangtan cafe! Have fun in class, Jiminie~

I chuckled lightly before checking the time and locking my phone. It was 8.17 a.m and I still had some time before class started.

I decided then that I'd grab some breakfast first because heck I was starving. Walking to a nearby diner, I looked around seeing the streets getting more and more crowded. Reaching the diner, I entered and went to the counter to order my food.

After ordering a sandwich along with a cup of fresh-brewed coffee, I sat on a nearby table and started to eat with no rush. I checked my phone for any notifications and when there was none, I proceeded to check the news for any recent incidents. It was relaxing, to just sit and enjoy breakfast in this peaceful diner that played old songs in the background.

It was so calming that I had forgotten the time and that I actually had classes to attend. Quickly finishing the sandwich and drinking up the coffee, I exited the diner and headed straight to campus.

I quickened my pace upon checking my phone, the screen showing 9.53 a.m. while I was nowhere near the campus. Cursing silently, I ended up gripping my bag tightly and went for a dash to not get late again.

Luck seemed to be on my side since I managed to slip into the class just before the lecturer came in. I plopped down on my usual seat and with a sigh, took out my notes along with the homework that I half-assed finished.

This is gonna be a hell long of a day...

---

I was finally done with my last class and thank fuck it's over because I nearly jumped out of the window.

After making sure that my things were in my bag, I scurried out and headed towards the exit, immediately texting Hobi that I was finally done and that I would be putting my things back home before meeting him. Though knowing him, he wouldn't mind since he could enjoy more time  with his beloved lazy ass.

I was brought back to reality by giggles and my head snapped to where the sound came from. When I saw the source of them, I suppressed a sigh and tried my best to flash a genuine smile to the same group of girls that was staring at me for the past few weeks.

...which I realized was a mistake because they started squealing and I had to hold back every single nerve in me to not cover my ears because that would be rude.

"Oppa~ you're so cute~"
"Omo oppa!! Why are you so handsome!?"
"Please go on a date with me, oppa!!"

I simply bowed my head a bit and grinned a bit before rushing to the exit. Thankfully, they seemed to notice my hurry and didn't bother following me for today.

Slowing my pace down, I immersed myself in the hustle and bustle of the city as I walked towards my apartment. In a way, a bustling city is a good way to relax and get away from your thoughts for a while.

But just as I turned around the corner, I felt as if someone was watching me. It was weird but I didn't think too much about it and guessed that I was probably imagining things.

After a good 20 minutes of walking and feeling watched, a wave of relief washed over me and I half jogged to the apartment.

Just before I entered, however, paranoia got the best of me and I turned my body around to check if anyone really was watching over me. When I didn't see anything suspicious, I laughed silently at myself for being so paranoid and entered the building.

Unlocking the door, I practically threw the bag to the floor and let collapsed to the soft matress, sighing because the classes really tire me out. Remembering my "appointment" with Dr. Sunshine, I sprung out of bed and changed into a blue and white striped shirt and ripped jeans before heading out again.

I was in a great mood because I was really looking forward to meeting Hobi today. It had been a while since I hung out with a friend due to work and college piling up.

I glanced around again before deciding to just take the bus to Bangtan cafe because I was too lazy to walk all the way there. Walking to the nearest bus stop, I checked my phone and not-so surprisingly, Hobi replied with a simple "okay!" with a picture of him grinning with a thumbs up and his working lover behind him.

Smiling again, I sat down waiting for the bus to arrive, which fortunately didn't take long. It was really packed, however, and I had to wait for the passengers to get out before entering the bus.

I took the seat that was nearest to the door since I didn't want to battle my way through the now-packed bus again to exit.

The ride took only 5 minutes and I immediately got out of the bus, paying the driver along with a tip. I grinned seeing the sign "BANGTAN CAFE" a couple of meters away from the stop, and started walking there.

Being the clumsy person I was, I accidentally bumped into someone and apologized immediately without looking at them, just wanting to meet my weird hyung already.

In the end, I managed to get past the crowd and stood in front of my work place with a small grin. I walked into the cafe to be greeted by the ever-so cheerful voice of Hoseok hyung, resulting my grin to widen. Just as the door closed, I caught a glimpse of someone walking past the cafe hurriedly.

And I swear I would be lying if they didn't seem familiar.
