Now this is quite important. I am going off the books, not the films, but I'm changing some things. For example, the main one, I know Harry Potter is set in the 90's, but in this, it's set in modern day, so there's phones and stuff like that (obviously phones don't work in Hogwarts tho). I am also adding the rule that characters can visit each other dorm rooms when they are in different houses, for the sole purpose of the story. I will change some characters attitude and personality to fit the storyline, whilst still keeping them relatively true to themselves. If this bothers you, then I apologise in advance. In The Goblet Of Fire, I'm changing the rules to the tournament slightly, but this will become clear during that book. I feel that this makes my book seem more realistic and enjoyable to readers.
Some of the phrases and scenes between characters don't belong to me, some belong to one of my favourite authors on here, giannaluvsdogs , and some belong to the Mortal Instruments book series by Cassandra Clare and various TV shows you may recognise. I'm just saying this as I don't want to get done for copyright, but it's a fanfic, so I don't see what the big deal is.

Millie and Jess are both huge parts of my life, and this is their book as much as mine, despite the fact that I wrote it.
