"Mum! They're here!" Ron called as Alyssa, Millie, and Jess entered the burrow, large smiles on their faces as they took in the surroundings. The house was ginormous and small at the same time, cramped but cozy and spacious. It looked as if it had once been a large, stone pigsty, but extra rooms had been added haphazardly here and there until it looked as though it were held up by magic, which it probably was. Four or five chimneys were perched on top of the red roof and a lop-sided sign stuck in the ground near the entrance read the The Burrow. Around the front door, there lay a jumble of Wellington boots and a very rusty cauldron. Several fat brown chickens were pecking their way around the yard, and a couple of gnomes were matching across the lawn.

The inside of the the house was just as interesting as the outside. The kitchen was small and rather cramped, a scrubbed wooden table and chairs in the middle, and there was a rather unique looking clock on the wall, which only had one hand and no numbers at all.  Written around the edge in faded black writing were things like Time to make tea and Time to feed the chickens and you're late. Books were stacked knee deep on the mantlepiece, books with titles such as Charm Your Own Cheese, Enchantment In Baking and One Minuet Feasts - It's Magic! An old radio sat next to the plate-filled sink, announcing something about it being 'Witching Hour, with the popular singing sorceress, Celestina Warbeck.'

Fred and George had sent multiple letters over to the summer asking if Jess could come and stay, and when Ron had sent a letter to Alyssa and Millie as well they figured they might as well spend the last two weeks of summer with their friends. All three of them had been on holiday, Alyssa to Florida, Jess to Mexico to celebrate her birthday with her family, and Millie had been to Rhodes in Greece with her father and brothers. You can imagine that it was like being caught in a rainstorm of owls when they returned home. Jess had sent Fred and George multiple letters explaining how to use an iPhone in hopes they would text her instead, but unfortunately, they did not understand a word she saying.

Mrs Weasley came waddling into the kitchen, a large grin upon her face. "Hello girls! My my, aren't we all tanned up!" The woman said. It was true, all three girls had gotten a gorgeous tan over the summer, which made the colour of their eyes and the white of their teeth stand out more. "Thanks Mrs. Weasley! Is it alright if we head up to our rooms? Maybe unpack?" Alyssa asked, re-securing the large, black backpack she had slung over her shoulder. Jess's was similar, but a dark red instead of black with strange patterns on it, and Millie's was... Millie, if anything more had to be said. The bag was rainbow and covered in unicorn stickers and glitter, and had multiple keychains with elephants and unicorns hanging off it. All three of the girls were holding their respective animals in cages. Millie still hadn't found out what kind of creature Red was.

"Of course, girls, go on right up. It's the third floor, second door to the right. Ginny's is right across from yours." Mrs Weasley beamed, and Millie frowned slightly. "So, we're all sharing a room?" Jess asked, smirking at Alyssa, who had a mischievous smile on her face as she glanced at Millie, who gulped. "Yes, dears."
"Promise me you won't do weird things to my stuffed elephants!" Millie begged as they headed up the extremely uneven and creaky staircase. "Promise me you won't sing songs to your stuffed elephants?" Alyssa asked, Millie blushing slightly. "But what about on their birthdays!"
"Oh god they have birthdays?" Jess groaned, throwing her head back as she opened the door to their respective room.

The room itself was small and cramped, and had obviously been empty up until that point. The walls were wooden, the top strung with fairy lights, obviously added for Millie's purpose, to add illumination to the room. There was one, large window on the wall opposite the door, which had a beautiful view of the setting sun and the sloping lawns down below. There were two rather moth eaten curtains on either side of it. Mrs Weasley had obviously tried extremely hard to make it as comfortable for them as possible, as in one corner there were tons of fluffy pillows scattered about, along with three mattresses and an assortment of duvets and sleeping bags. On the opposite wall, there was a floor length mirror, small bookshelf, and a makeshift desk/vanity area for them.
