Dean x Reader - You were in love with Dean and had been for a while . But you kept quite because you knew he wouldn't except it . But when it slips out when your not excepting it what will happen .

You had known you were in love with Dean for a while now. Even though you had only been together for about 6 months . But you had a feeling you had fallen in love with him way before you started dating.

But you dare not say anything to him because you knew the moment you mention love or anything like to him. He would back off he would close himself off. You knew that he could be the most loving man out there . But because of his past he didnt think he deserved it.

So you kept your feelings to yourself . So maybe you got up a little earlier in the mornings to start coffee for Dean before he woke up or to make breakfast for him. So maybe you got him a beer or two when he was tried from a hunt . Maybe you let him pick the movies when you were having a movie night.

You do all this because you loved him and because you do all this you didnt feel bad that you never told him in words. Because you said it every day in your actions and that was ok with you.

It had been a rough hunt should have been a simple salt and burn . But the one ghost they had been expecting turned out to be 2. Witch means 2 set of bones to find and burn

You had been the one to keep the ghosts occupied while the boys dug and burn the bones. You had been tossed around pretty badly before the boys got everything burned.

You were laying flat on your back trying to get air into your lungs when Dean came dropping next to you. His hands gently running up and down your body checking for injuries.

"Are you ok " he asked sounding a little panic . You nodded " I am ok just had the wind knocked out of me " you said trying to sit up to reassure him. But the pain in your ribs had you wincing and dropping back to the ground.

Dean slid his arms around you " just relax we will check you out more at the motel " he said as he picked you up . You bit your lip and squeeze your eyes shut to keep from crying out in pain.

Dean tossed Sam the keys and climbed into the back of the car with you still in his arms.

" It will be ok baby we will get you fix up and comfortable just hang on " he said softly. Placing a soft kiss on the top of your head.

You concentrated on your breathing trying to keep from thinking of the pain that came from your ribs every time the car hit a bump. But Dean kept talking to you softly whispering soft words of comfort to you.

Once at the motel Dean carried you inside the room your shared and laid you gently down on the bed. Sam carried in the first aid kit. As Dean help you remove your jacket.

" let me check your ribs baby " Dean said as he lifted your shirt. After a uncomfortable few minutes Dean stop. " I don't think you broke any just bruised them your gonna have some nasty bruises " he said
