Imagine you and Gabby have been dating and engaged for 12 years, since you were 17, you both had adopted a little girl called Daisy four years back and she's happily growing up; she's seven now and you've both decided now was the best time to actually get married since you both were about to adopt twins Ralph and Rosie, infact they were coming to your wedding.
"Mummy Gabby when can we see mummy Y/N" Daisy asked Gabby as she ran downstairs. You weren't home since it was your wedding day.
"We get to see her soon Daisy and you'll get to see Ralph and Rosie too" Gabby told, the seven year old was so exited; she was twirling around in her sea blue bridesmaid dress. Ralph and Rosie were both dressed up smartly too. At the wedding reception the whole church was in a blue colour, Ralph and Rosie were wearing a sea blue outfit, Ralphs being a Blue shirt with white denim dungarees while Rosie was wearing a blue playsuit.
"Nervous?" Y/M/N(your mums name) asked you as she held your hands outside the church, Gabby had just walked down the isle with Laurel, Bernice didn't want to attend the wedding, she didn't accept your relationship.
"Really, Gabby means evreything to me Mum, I just wish Bernice approved and would have came, Gabby deserves the world" you told your mum who pulls you into a hug and kissed your cheek, you begin to walk down the isle, both yours and Gabbys eyes lit up, your adopted daughters and son were stood at the front of the church beside Gabby, you had tears forming in your eyes.
"You look stunning" you wispered kissing your soon to be wife's cheek once you had got to the front of the church.
"As do you" Gabby grinned cheeky, the same grin you've always loved even when you were two best friends sitting in the playground at primary school playing games and drawing, you can say your marrying your best friend; not many people can say that. Harriet was conducting the wedding which you were happy about since both you and Gabby loved Her.
"To all present I say: We are gathered here, not to witness the beginning of what will be, but rather what already is! We do not create this marriage, because we cannot. We can and do, however, celebrate with Gabrielle and Y/N the wondrous and joyful occurrence that has already taken place in their lives, and the commitment they make today." Harriet began as Gabby and yourself held hands with smiles on your faces.
"Gabby and Y/N, today you choose each other before your family and friends, to begin your life together. For all the tomorrows that follow, you will choose each other over and again, in the privacy of your hearts. Let your love and friendship guide you, as you learn and grow together. Experience the wonders of the world, even as patience and wisdom calm the restless nature. Through your partnership, triumph over the challenges in your path. Through the comfort of loving arms, may you always find a safe place to call home." Harriet continued, soon it was time for your vows, you both decided to write your own to make the day extra special.
"The happy couple have decided they were going to write their own vows so I'll hand you over to them" Harriet smiled putting a hand on both of your arms comfortingly.
"Y/N Since the day we met you were my best friend, you have stuck by me through my highs and my lows, you've made me laugh when all I've wanted to do was cry. I promise for richer and poorer for good health or bad I'm always going to be by your side, we're in this for the best and the worst, I couldn't think of anyone else I'd want to marry and bring up our gorgeous children with, thank you for making me a better person" Gabby smiled as she spoke her vows loud and clear.
"Gabby; when we were in school who knew we would be stood here today getting married, we've had good days and bad, funny days and sad too but no matter where life takes us we are always together, you and our children mean the world to me so that's why I promise that for better or worst I'll be here, making you laugh and being your rock for life, I promise that whenever you need me I'll be here, you've made my life so much better thank you for not only being my best friend but being my sole mate" you spoke, tears were forming in both yours and Gabbys eyes as you held each other's hands and gazed lovingly into each others eyes., you couldn't believe that your wedding would be over soon but you couldn't be happier
"I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and faithfulness. As I place it on your finger, I commit my heart and soul to you. I ask you to wear this ring as a reminder of the vows we have spoken today, our wedding day" Gabby copied Harriet as she slipped the ring onto your finger.

"You may now kiss" Harriet smiled as you cupped Gabbys face and kissed her, your lips locked and it felt like you were the only two people in the room, you felt happy
"Family and friends I can now present you for the first time Mrs and Mrs Thomas-Y/L/N (your last name)" Harriet finished the serves, everyone cheered as you and Gabby walked out of the church and made your way to the reception together on a horse and carriage. After the wedding reception Laurel took Daisy back to hers, she was looking after her for the week while you were both on your Honeymoon then once your back your taking Ralph and Rosie home too, your life will be complete and you couldn't wait.
