Imagine you are Sarah's Twin sister you've been through evreything with her, when she was diagnosed with cancer; You've cried with her, laughed with her and just been there for her too you had always hated being away from your sister so when Sarah was diagnosed with cancer for a second time you promised not to leave her side and that meant going to Prague with her .
"Y/N you can't go with Sarah to Prague" Debbie your mother told you as you clutched your twins hand.
"I'm not leaving Sarah, I promised her I would be by her side untill the very end and I'm not going to break that promise! You always taught us to never break promises" you raised your eyebrows to Debbie who rolled her eyes
"Please Mum, let me go with Sarah, please"you practically begged Debbie hoping she would give in, you knew if she went she would get in trouble with the police and neither you, Sarah or Jack wanted that.
"Mum please let Y/N come with me, I won't be able to do it without her"Sarah managed to convince your mum. It was a few weeks later and you, Sarah and Debbie were sat at the airport waiting for the flight, you held Sarah's hand tight and smiled towards her. You could tell that your mum was scared she was going to get court, the three of you were sat talking when you saw Faith and Ross. Debbie didn't want to leave you or Sarah, she wanted to be their for Sarah to have the treatmentbut she knew she had to let you go alone well with Faith ofcorse it took a lot of convincing but finally you, Sarah and Faith were walking to board the plane.
"It will be alright Sarah, I'm going to be by your side through all of this I promise" you held your twins hand as tears began running down both of your faces. You tried to be strong for Sarah but you couldn't bold your tears back even though you tried so hard.
"I wish Mum could come with us" Sarah whispered to you as you said on the plane together still holding hands.
"So do I Sarah, so do I but she will be a phone call away and you still have me. I'm not going to leave you any time soon" you put your arm around Sarah who looked unsure as she rested her head on your shoulder. The flight took forever but you had soon landed and were in the hotel, Sarah was getting booked into the hospital the next day so you basically had a day to do whatever you wanted.
"Lets go to the beach, it'll probably be the only chance we get to have some fun before I am having treatment, might as well make the most of the sunshine too" Sarah suggested after you had made yourself at home in the hotel, Faith was standing on the balcony probably trying to find some guys to hit on.
"Faith can we go down to the beach, I'll take my phone" You asked the older woman standing outside, you knew you'd probably wouldn't be allowed to go alone so she would end up joining you.
"I promised Debbie I would stick by the pair ofyou like glue, we can't have anything bad happening to you on my watch, your mum will have my head" Faith responded which made both you and Sarah laugh, she alreadyknew Debbie like the back of her hand, it was true she would have faiths head and you knew that. Faith took you and Sarah to the beach, you just sat on the sand talking for ages, Neither of you cared as long asyou were together that's all that really mattered to the pair of you; you talked about how hot it was and what you thought what everyone back home was doing, you laughed about people falling over and fails of sandcastles, you just enjoyed each other's company. Faith soon took you both to the hotel room where you got ready for bed and immediately went to sleep. The next morning you all woke up earlyso you could get to the hospital, you could tell Sarah was getting scared but you had to stick by her and help her get better.
"I promise I'll be here when you go down and here when you wake up, I'm not leaving you Sarah I promise" you smiled to your twinyou made your way up tothe ward, Sarah was scared you could tell but you had to be their for her and be brave yourself.
"Y/N Im scares, what if I'm not strong enough to fight this again what if I they can't make me better" Sarah panicked, Faith went to talk to the doctor while you pulled Sarah into a hug and kissed her forehead.
"Sarah your the strongest girl I know along side Mum, you can fight this and you will fight it. I believe in you Sarah and you know why! It's because I love you, your my better half, my sole mate, my rock, my twin and my best friend in the whole world, I couldn't picture my life without having you in my life Sarah, little sister or not I would never stop loving you" you told Sarah as she was taken into the side room on the ward where she would be staying for the next few weeks after having surgery. A few hours later Sarah was back from surgery and still asleep, they wanted her to heal before waking up so they added some more anaesthetic.
"So Sarah, you made it through surgery like I knew you would now the treatment, I am so proud to call you my little sister and my twin and I hope you never ever forget that" you whispered to Sarah as you curled up in the chair next to her, closed your eyes and falling asleep for a nap, you were tired but didn't want to go back to the hotel, you weren't leaving Sarah's side not even for a minute.
