Let's back up a bit, because I want to show the progress of a particular story's cover.
The story is 'Winfred', a Watty Winning story I was so proud of when I first wrote it but now...idk.
The covers have been a journey, though.
This is the first cover it was published under (clearly my old pen name was still in use at this point.)
In between my own covers, I had a cover done by a reader, which was tbh much better than my original.
Next-ish cover I made was this one (I've lost one of the covers so not sure completely about the order anymore lol)
Finding objects on light backgrounds and using multiply was my go-to, tbh, because I was sooooo awful at making PNGs. (That's what happened with these planes. They were black on a white background and I just hit multiply and there they were)
Now I kept this one for a while. We'll give Winfred a break (but it'll show back up later *wink wink*)
In between this cover and Winfred's newer covers, I paid more attention to my new works, and their covers.
First, Three and a Half Good Legs makes its debut appearance.
