I won't give that much background to this edit because it would be spoilers for my story, Superioris.

You've all seen Ing in an edit before; a mirror edit of her was my first edit in this book.

She now has a new faceclaim.

This edit was to practice two main things: composite images and psd coloring (trivialpotter introduced me to this miracle and I HAD to try it).

I practiced several techniques I'd used previously, including blending with a soft eraser and matching up images for a composite. The image itself is four separate images.

The PSD I used was found on dA, from user Carllton. They have a lot of good PSD colorings from what I've found.

Maybe the next step is making my own PSD. ;)

Anyways, here are the images that make up this edit:

To finalize things before adding the PSD coloring, I painted hair to overlap the crown and make it look more like it was actually on her head among (inside? covered by??? I can't think of what I'm trying to say) her hair

So all in all, the techniques that went into this were: composite imaging, png making (via select and mask), blending, painting, use of PSD coloring.
