Last Time...

"You still want to go to the amusement park on Saturday?" - Bex

"No. You and Bowie go. You deserve this date." - Andi

———

"Yep, now I just have to help Andi and Jonah get back together, and help Cyrus with his relationship problems." - Buffy

"And me?" - Marty

"I only have to worry about you when we go on our date to the amusement park on Saturday." - Buffy

——————————

Bex's POV:
"Alright, Bowie. Ready to go?" I ask.

Bowie nods. "Of course. Let's make like a check, and bounce!"

I peek into Andi's room. "Andi, you sure you don't want to come with us to the fair? It'll be fun."

She shakes her head. "No. I want to be alone for now."

"Okay. There's lasagna, and we have ice cream in the freezer. I think there's tissue boxes in the closet, and there's a bunch of sad movies in the drawer under the TV."

She makes a small smile at my joke. "Thanks."

"Of course. Break ups are hard. Take as much time as you need."

"Have fun."

I walk out of the room and hold Bowie's hand. "Let's go."

—————

Cyrus's POV:
Buffy, Marty, Iris, and I walk through the fair entrance. "So, what should we do?"

Buffy says, "This isn't a double date, you know."

"I would hope not. Iris and I are just here as friends."

"No, I mean, Marty and I are going on an alone date."

I make a tiny frown. "Oh. Okay."

Marty chuckles. "If you need anything, you can just call one of us." The couple walks away, leaving me and Iris alone.

Iris looks at me. "What should we do, then?"

I look around. "Let's go play some of the games. I've been practicing my ring tossing skills."

We walk through the game booths. Iris makes a small smirk. "How's it going with your Jonah situation?"

"It's going okay. I'm just going to stay friends, though. No point in trying to make a move on someone you have zero chance with."

"Yeah, but it does help if you're honest. Think about it like this. How obvious are you towards Jonah?"

"What do you mean?" I ask.

She shrugs. "Do you show clear signs around him that something is up?"

"I've been showing those signs since I first met him. I'm pretty sure he thinks it's normal."
