So, after thinking, I realized a really big thing. Fan fictions and original stories are the same, except one uses names from a fan base.
The sad truth is, even though they're the same things essentially, fanfics get more attention and love.
Let's admit it. A fanfic can be badly written, and it'll still get a lot of popularity. But there might be a story that's even better, but no one cares to read it since it's not using names from a fan base or whatever.
What does that have to do with me? Well, when I first started, my fanfics were purely shipping related. As I continued writing, I realized that I really enjoyed making stories that had a deeper meaning and storyline.
But it's not as enjoyable to write an emotional story if the characters aren't mine. So, that means that I plan to cancel this series.
What does this mean for the Oneshots? Nothing. The Oneshots are fun and random, so I'll still enjoy that.
But for stories that are emotional and deep, I'd like to keep the characters my own, so that I can choose their personality.
Once again, I'm sorry that this series is being cancelled, but on the bright side, the Oneshots are staying. And if you've enjoyed my writing style, then keep an eye out, because I'll have a new drama series coming soon. It just won't use characters from Andi Mack.
