KidJ: kainis, ulitin natin just say and I'm Mika

 

KidJ: hi I'm Jessey

 

KidM: and I am Mika

 

KidJ: so you've found our treasure, congrats :)

 

KidM: that's it?

 

KidJ: oo, I don't know what else to say

 

KidM: ako na nga, so you've found our treasure I'm sure you're tired kaya matulog na tayo (long pause) and congrats

 

Mika: haha ang kulet noh? Wait side B na

Jessey: (tahimik lang)

 

KidJ: hello I'm back after 3 years haha yea, this is after 3 years. We did this back when we were like 8 or something and now I'm 11 and *pause* me and my family will be migrating to the United States so *pause* uhm okay, so you've found the treasure and you might be thinking that this is nonsense

KidJ: but let me tell you what's the real treasure is: it's knowing you felt the same excitement and eagerness to look for it, it might be tiring and exhausting but you never gave up that's big deal, the happiness when you're so close finding out what it is, the holding hands and singing while walking, someone's' complaints and the other's patience, did you enjoy that back hug? I bet you did, cause I did (you can hear from her voice that she's smiling) it's not really a back hug though, but it felt like it or it's just me? Huh, whatever *chuckles* those long walks in the beach the breeze, the sun, that someone (mapapansin mo ulit na napangiti sya nung sinabi nya yung that someone) at the last stop, you're just too tired so you'll just lay there in the bare sand and just laugh and talk about how tiring it is and would care less about the treasure anymore cause you're...you're already too happy spending those moments with whoever you're with. Sometimes it's not really about what you're looking for, it's about the journey and who's with you that time, it's about the moments. Di ko alam if it's because we're young and adventurous kaya nya naisipang gawin to o dahil sa moments haha but if I have the chance I wanna do it all over again, with her.
