"Where were you?" Greta shouted angrily. I quickly rushed to where she was standing, arms crossed. "I told you to be here on time and not sleep in."

I tried to not look guilty about it. I woke up late this morning and rushed all the way here in a taxi. "Well I'm here now, aren't I? Let's get to work." We walked up the steps to the very big house, like those Sweet 16 cribs that I saw on TV. Today, we had to interview a famous celebrity. I was to take photos of the person for the magazine. I was lucky I already packed my equipment for today's shoot or I might have been fired.

Once we were at the door, we were ushered in by the butler. Some of the crew were already inside, setting the lighting and furniture. The man of the house came down the stairs with a smile on his face, his eyes lighting up at the sight of us. "Welcome, I see you've made yourselves comfortable."

Greta came up to him and shook his hand. He also turned to me and shook my hand. "Pleasure to meet you, sir. My name's Greta and this is (y/n), our photographer. I'm sorry for having this session a little late because we are usually on time." She shot me a glare.

He chuckled. "Please, call me Mark. And I was the one who was late. I should have greeted you at the door." He turned to me and winked, which made my heart skip a beat. I turned away, trying to not show my blushing face.

"Let's continue this in the other room, shall we?" he gestured us to where the crew had just finished with the setup. They both sat in comfy looking chairs, both facing each other like a normal interview. The room was bigger than a normal living room. A big flat screen TV covered the wall above the mantel of the fireplace. Two bookshelves at its side had several ornaments on the shelf. There was also a large window overlooking the back garden filled with colourful flowers. I was tempted to take photos of the garden but I had to stay focused on my job.

One of the crew members brought out a camera to record some behind the scenes footage. I turned and asked him, "Hey, do you know how big this house is?"

He shrugged his shoulders saying, "Beats me. This is probably just one portion of the house. I heard the butler mentioning the place being haunted or something."

The interview started like any other, they exchanged greetings and Mark was asked questions about his life, his work and more. He answered each one with sincerity. They both even cracked a couple of laughs in between the interview. Time moved on, and I got caught spacing out by one of the crew members. When the interview was finished, Greta asked if we could take pictures of him and his house. "Of course, who wouldn't want to show off this lovely place?" Both of them laughed at the joke which seemed to fly over my head.

We moved outside to the beautiful garden. He was busy giving Greta a tour of the place. While they weren't looking, I zoomed in on him took a few shots of Mark beside the flowers. He looked so handsome with the floral background as if it complimented his style and figure. She noticed me wandering off and gestured for me to take pictures of them and the house. I followed them around and probably had a picture of every inch of the place.

Soon after, it was time for our lunch break and Mark asked me to join him in the garden. I didn't question his request and sat at the table. I ate a spoonful of the food that the chef made for everyone. "How is it?" he asked. "Good."  Not sure what else to say, I continued to eat and looked at his garden.

Mark broke the silence and said to me, "I see you like my garden. The groundskeeper is the one that takes care of it. He does a really good job of it too." I nodded in agreement. I asked him, "Do you ever take the time to admire them...?"

He smiled, glad that I was actually having a conversation with him. "I do, from time to time. The beauty of it all are best admired from afar."

"But isn't it better when you get to see it up close? That way you see the true beauty of it," I countered. It was a bold question but he didn't seem surprised by it. "Oh, I like taking photos up close. It's kinda my style. But since I work for the company I have to follow certain aspects of photography. Its a good learning process though..." Trying to explain it to him was difficult as I had my perspective on it and he had his. Now I wish I had never started down this conversation.
