EMILYS POV:

Cameron got the doctor, he came in asking me a few questions. After he told me what was going on I wasn't freaking out anymore. He said he had to take some blood and see if he could find a match, he also asked the boys if they wanted to donate some blood to see if it was a match to mine. Cameron was the only one allowed in my room, and I was ok with that. Cam brought me Burger King to eat for lunch so I was eating that when the doctor came in.

"Hello everyone, we have found a match to Emilys blood it's Mr. Taylor Caniff." He said and I really didn't mind Taylor having the same blood type as me. "It was a perfect match and if you don't mind I would like to take a DNA sample bc I think that there is something odd in the way that the blood type is exactly the same."

"Umm ok yea sure go ahead" I said shakily because I didn't really get what he was trying to tell me.

I was laying down in the hospital bed and Cam was laying next to me, I was cold so he said he would keep me warm nothing intimate. The doctor walked back into the room.

"Ok so I have good news or it could be bad news it depends on how you take it" the doctor paused

"Well what is it!" Cam said anxiously

"You and Taylor are brothers" my heart dropped, I spent all these years crying my eyes out because I didn't have a family and now just to find out my brother was once my boyfriend! I am stunned and I think Cameron is too I looked over at him and his mouth his practically to the floor.

"Uh-uh-uh well did you tell Taylor" I asked the doctor

"Yes I did and he was completely shocked having the same reaction you two are having right now"'he said and I could swear that I was going to faint again, but I didn't.

TAYLORS POV:

I was Emily's brother! I am in shock this is so overwhelming. I can't believe that I liked my sister and I made out with my sister, all I know now is that all those feelings are gone and will never come back. I still wonder how, I mean we are only 1 year apart from each other. I have to call my mom....

"Hello"my mom said from the other line on the phone

"Hey mom"

"Hi honey what's up"

"Well I have a question"

"Yea sure anything"

"Do I have and older sister"

"Umm uhh why would you say that"

"Because her name is Emily and she is laying in a hospital bed right now."

"Ohh umm Taylor I have no idea what to say"

"Just don't say anything and get to New Jersey as fast as you can" and with that I ended the call

CAMERONS POV:

I can't believe they are brother and sister, just how! They are only one year apart, I guess that they do look alike in a way but the thing is, how could they be brother and sister but end up living on two different sides of the country.

The doctor left the room and Emily and I stared at each other in silence. I finally broke it

"How?"

"I have no clue, but what I can't get out of head is that I made out with my brother." She said it so serious that it made me laugh.

"Haha well looks like you two won't be annoying me anymore" I said and then immediately regretting the words that just came out of my mouth.

"Oh yea Cam how were we annoying you" she said sarcastically

"Well uh you guys were always so touchy with each other" I managed to say but blushed at the same time

"Oh really" she said, the minute she woke up she refused to wear the hospital gown so she had on sofie shorts and her favorite Hayes T-shirt. She walked over to me and said.

"You mean like this" and put her hand on my neck. "And like this" she put our foreheads together.

"Mhm" is what I managed to say, god I am so stupid. She started leaning in and of course like always my phone had to go off and ruin it. It was Taylor and he wants to know if he could come in the room so he could talk to Emily. I wasn't really mad at him anymore because if she didn't end up in the hospital she would probably still be hooking up with Taylor.

Well anyway I asked Emily of it was ok for him to come in and she said it was fine but she doesn't want him to stay long. That was fine with me because honestly I want me and Emily to finish what we started before. I texted Taylor back and told him to come in, a few seconds later he walked in and stood at the foot of Emily's bed.

(A/N What do you guys think? I try to be original as possible so please don't tell me that I stole ideas from other fanfics because honestly that's what I try to avoid.
