IMAGINE YOU are dating one of alex's friends and you all are hanging out. your boyfriend starts to get jealous, because you laughat one of alex's jokes, so he walks off leaving you two alone.

"are you being serious (y/n)? flirting with my friend right in front of me!" your boyfriend shouts, causing people to stare at the trio. "laughing at someone's joke isn't flirting, don't act like this now," you plead.
alex averts his eyes from you and your boyfriend and focuses his attention elsewhere. your boyfriend rolls his eyes and scoff, "oh i see what's going on here. right (y/n), don't text me for a few days. i need some space."
as your boyfriend walks away, alex smiles at you and places his hand on your shoulder, slighty squeezing it to comfort you, "just ignore him. he's here to bring the mood down, as always."
you nod at alex, who smiles at you, "shall we continue our adventure or do you want me to walk you home?"
shaking your head, you grab alex's hand and continue walking to the fair that is taking place at your local park. "he's an idiot, he always realises that he's wrong after a few hours."
throughout the whole day, you and alex go on every ride there is in the fair. alex notices that there is a few stalls where you have to complete a challenge to win prizes. you tell alex that you want the unicorn, so he repeatedly plays the game until he wins you the unicorn.
"thank you alex for the best day ever. you know, he has never taken me on a fun date like this," you hold the unicorn to your chest, trying to blink back the tears. alex notices this and wraps his arm around you.
"listen, yeah, you deserve better than that moron. i'm not an expert in relationships, but maybe you should end it. i don't know though." when alex walks you home, you thank him again.
you kiss alex on the cheek and he blushes, but fortunately, you don't notice it due to the night darkness, "hang on a minute." you give alex a confused look and to your surprise, he returns the kiss, but on the lips, "goodnight, i hope we can do this again."
after that night, you eventually broke up with your boyfriend who didn't seem to be that affected as he started dating someone else a few days after. when alex found out, he offered to take you on another fun date to make you feel better. "finally, we can go on a proper first date."
