(MOIRA'S POV)

"Yeah and she said I was joikng, but I'm not!" I laughed.

"She's so stupid." he chuckled.

"Jesus Louis what's wrong with you?" I sounded like a worried mother.

"Nothing. I feel like there's something wrong." he replied.

"You sure? Louis even though we're talking through the phone doesn't mean I don't know what's wrong."

"No, really," he sighed. "I don't know what's wrong. That's why I'm acting so weird."

"You're always weird." I joked.

"Shut up." he laughed. "Anyway, I need to go. Mom's leaving to the grocery and she needs my help."

"Okay, talk to you soon. By the way Lou, it's summer. Don't let that ruin you."

"Okay. Bye."

He hung up and I ran downstairs to get a glass of water. As I got out of the kitchen mum came back from wherever she came from and she looks happy.

"Someone looks happy." I smiled.

"I am!" she giggled. "You're finally going!"

"Going where?" I was confused.

"To that Summer Camp!" she cheered.

"W-What?" I almost choked on my water.

"Didn't you say you wanted to go to that Summer Camp?"

"Yeah, eight years ago!" I groaned. "Mom I'm turning 19 already and you're sending me there now?"

"Well at least I'm letting you go now. Besides, it;'s not a kiddie summer camp, it's like for people like your age."

"I'm not going." I crossed my arms.

"Oh come on! I wasted money for you!"

"You already paid?!"

"Yeah!" she clapped. "Oh please honey, please go! it would be a waste!"

"It is a waste! Of money and time!"

"Don't be so grumpy now." she said. "You're going to that camp and that's final."

"You're kidding, right?"

"Now you're going to that camp whether you like it or not. I wasted good money for that!"

"Give me one reason why rather than wasting good money on it."

"Well, you can socialize."

"I have friends here."

"You mean Louis?" she rolled her eyes. I was speechless.

"Yeah, but--"

I couldn't say anything. Maybe I should socialize. Maybe I shouldn't.

"But I can't waste my whole summer for some camp!"

"Oh dear it will only last for a month. You'll be back here in no time."

"Mum, what you did was really stupid." I rubbed my face.

"Oh whatever! You're going and that's final!" she stormed out and I stomped my way back to my room.

Why did she even do that? She could have sent me there eight years ago! She is so frustrating. I wanted to call Louis but he left. I don't know what to do.

"See you next month?" he said.

"You'll see me again." I said to cheer him up.

"Well, what am I suppose to do for a month?"

"I don't know." I frowned.

"What if you might come back and you have a new best friend?"

"That wont happen." I lightly hit him on the arm. "You're my best friend. Remember?"

"Yeah, but I don't want you to be all alone there."

"Then why won't you come with me?"

"Well--" he looked around to avoid the question.

"You're such a dick." I laughed.

"Moira! Let's go!" my mum yelled.

"Well, I have to go now." I hugged him. "See you soon!"

"I'll miss you."

"Me too Lou."

I pushed back and ran off to my mum. I wave him a good bye and then we're off to the summer camp.
