Lilac's POV

He placed his hand on my cheek and it burned.

I screamed in agony, trying to wrench myself away from his burning grasp.

He laughed cruelly at my feeble attempt to pull away, so he grasped my face tighter.

I frantically tried to pull myself away.

"Look at me." He mumbled.

I looked anywhere but his eyes....His cruel cruel black eyes.

"I said look at me bitch!" He shouted, spit flying into my face.

He shoved me back into a wall which I didn't even know was there, making me yelp.

Tears sprung into my eyes from the pain. My eyes flicked up to his cold ones

"Your mine." He growled, a smug smile on his lips and tone as he leaned foward and kissed my lips.

I sprung up in my bed, my breathing hard and my face covered in cold sweat.

I have nightmares about Brad all the time.

He's horrible to me.

We're in a relationship...but I don't want to be.

I can't do anything about it because he's the alpha.

Nobody else can either.

Because either he'll tear the them to shreds or someone will be told to.

I think of our pack as corrupt, even though there is no money.

In other packs, girls would be so happy if they got to be the alpha's chosen one.

I'm not.

He's cold and heartless.

He only chose me because he needed to mark a Luna to become a pack leader, and I was was a suitible choice. He is sickened with the thought of actually physically marking me, so thank goodness he hasn't.

I'm quiet, pretty and above all else, spineless.

A weak individual.

And I hate myself for it.

I wish I could stand up for myself, but I can't. I'm a spineless jelly fish.

My little hope of Brad being gone vanished as he came out of the bathroom in a pair of jeans and a top.

Seeing me awake he came over towards me.

I cringed away when he sat down on the bed next to me.

He grabbed my arm and yanked me towards him.

I yelped as I bashed into his concrete chest.

"Shutup." He grumbled.

"I don't want you to leave the house today, stay inside."

"What?" I said pulling away from him.

"That's not fair, I haven't been outside for a week, and it's my friends birthday, she's having a party."

"I don't really care. Your not going out. Especially when there is a party. There will be plenty of males there and I won't have it."

"But I-" I was cut of as his hand connected with the side of my soft red cheek as he slapped me.
