After being guided out the car and into my living room I sat on the couch and undid my shoes. I frowned, the vision coming back to me in pieces as I thought about it. I knew Peter was something more - but a werewolf... I guess it made sense. I felt my body begin to deflate, the pressure in my chest lightening and leaving me tired.

"Aren't you going to join me?" I asked in a gentle tone. After a second the cushion next to me dipped under his weight. I turned to him, brushing my hair behind my ear and smiled, though I was exhausted.

"I know what happened in the car was a little intense -" I began, though stopped when I felt his fingertips nudge my chin a couple inches to the right. The gesture bought a gentle warmth to my face, but I continued.

"- I filmed it once and it looked like I had an epileptic seizure and then, briefly, died. The blindness is temporary and only lasts a couple hours. Although once it lasted two days and that was a nightmare." I said, remembering how I'd stumbled around the house by myself.

"What happened to you?" He asked quietly. I rested my heavy head on my hand and pursed my lips.

"I don't know if you'll believe me but... the rummors at school are kinda true. I'm not a freak - maybe I am - but I mean about me being psychic. I have visions and dreams of things that are going to happen. I could feel a vision coming on at School, normally I can suppress them with some glucose and self restraint but lately it's gotten... more frequent. Harder to control. I don't know what triggers it and I don't know why I see the things that I do, it's random and it just happens. It's been like that since I was twelve." I said shrugging. When there was silence I sat up and tried to focus on what vibe he was giving off. As the silence grew so did my anxiety. Was what he had seen too much? Had I scared him away?

"Really? You decide to shut up the one time I want you to talk... what are you thinking?"

"I'm thinking about how much you know." He said, his voice barely a whisper. My face fell in a careful mask.

"You believe me... I don't tell anyone - I've never told anyone what I've seen... and I'd appreciate the same courtesy." I added quickly.

"Then you've seen something." I swallowed, feeling the air swirl around me and go tense as he got up. I immediately followed by standing up. Feeling for his arms I forced him to face me.

"Yes, I know that you're special but I don't know the extent. I don't know why people do what they do or why they are the way they are. Think of it like this - I can only see the pictures. It's like a cryptic black and white movie - there's no sound." I said quickly, regretting standing up so fast. Closing my eyes I saw stars on the back of my eye lids, as if someone had pricked tiny holes in them. I went ridged, temporarily loosing feeling in my legs his grip on me tightened. My head felt like it was made of lead. Not being able to hold it anymore I moved it down, hoping to lay it gently on his shoulder but ending up pressing my forehead against his chin.

"I don't mean to... pry into other peoples lives. Don't be mad." I wearily whispered, my words coming out breathless. I heard him sigh gently, and felt his breath on my face. It tasted sweet, and smelt like his menthol cigarettes.

"Im not mad. I'm just... thinking. I have dreams. They're not as intense as your visions but they have come true." I frowned, lowering myself down onto the sofa. He didn't let go until I was fully seated.

"They're weird dreams filled with symbols and flashes of things that I don't fully understand but every time I have one, someone dies." I looked down then, thinking of Shelly's hand under the pile of bodies.

"That's usually how they go." I whispered, rubbing my head and closing my eyes.

"You look like shit." He said suddenly, my legs being swung around so that I was laying down. I flipped him off but made myself comfortable. Not being able to fight the fatigue anymore I closed my eyes and quickly fell asleep.
