All rights to Harry Potter go to J.K Rowling. I only own my original characters.

The following morning, I wasn't exactly pleased to find out I had missed one of the adventures. Harry had snuck off in the middle of the night, using to invisibility cloak, to the restricted section, almost got caught by Filch, and then found this awesome mirror which let you see things that weren't really there.

"You could have woken me up." Ron said crossly. "You two can come tonight, if you want. I'm gong back." Harry suggested, smiling at me. I instantly brightened up.

"I'd like to see your Mum and Dad." Ron said eagerly, Harry's eyes lighting up. "And I want to see you family. All the Weasleys. You'll be able to show me all of your brothers! And you, Silvia! I can't wait to see your family!" Harry said excitedly. My face paled. If the mirror showed people their families, how would Harry and Ron react when they saw the Malfoy's in the mirror with me? I shuddered at the thought.

"You can see them any old time. Just come round my house this summer. Anyway, maybe it only shows dead people." Ron said.

It would be better if it did. I would be able to see my mum and Dad, see what they looked like, see if they're proud of me. Harry couldn't eat though, which was worrying. "Harry, are you okay? You look odd." I said, looking at Harry's pale face and unfocused eyes. Maybe that mirror wasn't such a good thing after all.

What worried me was that Harry might not be able to find the mirror again. From what I gathered, it was kinda a hit and run thing. When the three of us were under the cloak that night, we had to move a lot slower, and it was harder to concentrate with Ron's constant whining.

We passed a body of a tall witch gliding in the opposite direction, but saw no one else. Just as Ron started complaining that his feet were dead and cold, Harry spotted the suit of armour.

"It's here... just here.... yes!" Harry said, pushing the door open. Harry dropped the cloak from his shoulders and ran to the mirror. He was staring at it with a happy smile, but I couldn't see anything. "See?"
"I don't see anything."
"Look! Look at them all... there are loads of them..."
"I can only see you."
"Look in it properly. Go on, stand there."

Harry stepped aside, Ron stood in front of the mirror, and I was just stood there like an awkward turtle.

Ron was staring transfixed by the image. "Look at me!" He said happily, pointing at the mirror. "Can you see your family standing around you?"

"No. I'm alone, but I'm different. Older. And I'm head boy! I am- I'm wearing the badge like Bill used to, and I'm holding the Quidditch Cup - I'm Quidditch Captain too!"

Ron tore his eyes away from the image and looked at me. "Go on, Silvia, what do you see?"

I slowly walked up the mirror, looking at it. I sucked in a breath at the sight in front of me. I was older, more mature. I was gorgeous. My hair was thick, down to my waist in curls, my eyes held more wisdom, and I had developed more, if you know what I mean.

I was holding Harry's hand, and he was older too. He was smiling down at me, his other arm wrapped around my waist and my head on his shoulder. Behind the two of us, there were two people. One of a man with dark brown, almost black hair, a charming face, and a kind smile. He was holding hands with a woman, who was beautiful. Dark hair, dark eyes, kind smile. My parents.

My eyes watered as I reached forward a hand, touching the glass. My parents looked so proud of me. This is what I should have grown up with. A happy family that loved me. And Harry was there too.

I smiled up at them, watching them smile back. I moved away from the mirror, looking back at Harry and Ron who were watching me intently.

"Do you think this mirror shows the future?" Ron asked, making me roll my eyes at him. Conceited bugger.

Harry and Ron started fighting about who should look in the mirror next, and I rolled my eyes. I stomped hard on Ron's foot to make them stop when I heard a noise outside. "Get under the cloak! Now!"

We threw the cloak over ourselves as the luminous eyes of Mrs. Norris appeared at the door. She stared at us for a minuet, before turning on her tail and leaving.

"This isn't safe. C'mon. She might have gone for Filch. I bet she heard us. Let's go." I said, pulling Harry and Ron out of the room.

The snow still hadn't melted the next morning, and Harry was dwelling on that mirror. He was losing sleep, not eating, and not paying attention to the world around him. When I had offered to have a snowball fight with him outside he just ignored me, which kinda hurt my feelings. He didn't even want to play exploding snap with Ron, or visit Hagrid. He wanted to go back to that mirror the next night, but both me and Ron tried to get the idea out of his head. It was unhealthy.

I was relieved when Dumbledore had managed to persuade Harry not to go anymore when he caught him on that third night. I couldn't get my head around what was happening this year. First we run into a three headed dog which is guarding something, then we find out Snape wants whatever's underneath the dog, and then we find the Mirror of Erised. They were all connected somehow, and I was gonna find out why.

Hey guys! So I know this is short, but gimme a break, it's my second update today and it's late at night. I'll start writing the next chapter now, but I probably won't publish it tonight. Thanks guys! -CaptainSwan1105
