Valhalla hadn't expected the troll hunter to raise his sword to him. He hadn't expected him to come full charge at him. It startled him. He was confused as to why he'd done so.

With the violent sway of his hand, and a flash of blue from his palms, he cast a spell.

"Frigidus!" He slapped out as the blade began to ride down.

Jim, as well as everyone in the room froze in their spot.

You could see strain on their faces, and the panic in the trollhunters eyes.

Val's heart pounded against his rib cage. Jesus, he'd never would've thought by the mention of his name, a bunch of trolls, and a boy in glistening armour would become so... hostile.

"Stop what you are doing! Scum! You cannot prevent your downfall!" A blue troll with six eyes belted.

Steve gave a distressed sound as he failed to move.

"Why would you want to bring my downfall?" Valhalla responded, truly concerned as to why they were acting this way.

A drip of sweat rolled down his face as he held the spell tight around everyone in the room. This was expensing a lot of magic, and he hadn't fully recovered from his previous expenses.

Th Trollhunter gave a frustrated groan as he tried to move once again.

"You're here to help Gunmar, aren't you?" A rounder individual grunted out as he struggled as well.

Val suddenly realized this was just a misunderstanding, and with the silent whisper of 'Liquo', the individuals affected by his spell, thawed and fell as they once more became mobile.

Jim hit the floor with a small thud.

"I am here to do quite the opposite." Valhalla finally said.

You could practically feel the confusion radiate off of them. You could smell it too.

"B-But, how are you here? Gunmar... Has he not summoned you back?" The blue troll uttered out.

"He'd be foolish to do so..." His mind suddenly felt woozy.

A dizzy, drowsiness washed over him and the sorcerer stumbled slightly. He'd expensed too much energy. This definitely wasn't healthy.

Aargh lurched forward as the tall man keeled over and caught him in his large arms.

In a slight worried-ness for this stranger, Jim and Toby took a step forward towards them, as well as Blinky and Claire.

"Is he alright?" Eli finally pipped up.

Blinky extended a stony hand and placed upon the mages skin. He quickly pulled his hand away. "He's having an intense fever. We must get him back to camp." He stated.

They placed the pointy eared man on a bundle of blankets and placed cold cloths upon his forehead.

Blinkous scoured through the books he'd salvaged to find an answer to what was happening to Valhalla.

"He was fine one minute, and then the next he just flat out faints. That's really weird man, I don't know about you but I'm getting some seriously bad vibes." Toby said as he wrung out a new cloth to put on his forehead.

Blinky let out a defeated sigh. "If only Vendel were here..."

A sadness fell upon them. They couldn't stop though. The past two weeks events had been so intense that they hadn't had much time to sit down and grieve the losses. Vendel had been a great friend to all of them...
