Harry's POV

What I was not expecting- but should have- was the shrill scream coming from the middle of the room.

"Jesus! SHHH!" I whisper yelled to the voice. It was awfully dark in here so I pulled out my iPhone and turned the flash on. There stood a small boy with messy caramel hair and big blue eyes with his pupils the size of periods.

"Uh-?" I mentally facepalmed at Gemma.

"Shut up!" I told her annoyed. It was then that I heard stomps from up above and the door to the basement swinging open. Gemma and I lunged for what looked like a bathroom and hid in there. We both listened silently through the door and tried to keep even breaths.

"Boy! What the hell are you screaming about!"

"N-nothing sir...had a nightmare," we heard him whisper.

"Will you shut the hell up, you ruined my good dream! I'm ready to throw you out! You're lower than garbage!" Mr. Tomlinson said gruffly. He didn't sound like the Mr. Tomlinson we knew. This man was mean.

"Okay, I'm s-sorry."

The door slammed again and Gemma and I looked at each other weirdly before she pushed me out of the bathroom.

Louis' POV

It must've been one HELL of a dream I was having. Angel boy was standing in front of me all awkward and he was just-

He was perfect. I stumbled over to my bedside table and flicked the light on. I looked between the two strangers confused on how they got into my house without Dan catching them.

"Who are you? How did you find me?"

Angel boy gave the girl a look before parting his pretty lips to speak, "I'm Harry, this is my sister Gemma. We are here to help you...I saw your note in the window.." he took a step forward and I took one back.

The girl Gemma stuck out her hand and held him back. She shot him a warning glare and he shot one back. "Harry take it easy. The poor boy is scared!" She hissed at him.

"We wanna help you," Harry said softly to me. My shoulders relaxed and I ran into his arms. I could tell it caught him off guard and Gemma was also surprised.

"You must be an angel," I whispered gobsmacked. Tears started to well up in my eyes. I mean, I knew he saw my finger painting of the words in the window, but I didn't know he'd actually try. Most people would think it was a joke.

Harry's shoulders shook with a quiet laughter. "Definitely not an angel, but if that's how you see me I'm totally okay with it."

"Please get me out of here!" I pleaded as I pulled back and looked into his eyes. I could now see that they were green. Like a spring green in the light but they looked darker facing away from it.

"I'll do the best I can, uhhh-"

"Louis, I'm Louis," I smiled up at him. A small smile spread onto his lips and a dimple indented in his soft cheek.

"Louis. I'll do the best I can. It might take a little bit, I don't have evidence of you being down here I can't just take it to the police. I could get charged with invasion of property," He said softly. His sister looked around anxiously as we spoke. She turned sharply and looked at me with her piercing eyes.

"How long have you been down here?!"

"Four years."
