Im sorry I've been updating so much, not that you guys are complaining. But I'm really anxious to finish this book. I have 14 drafts of another book that I started last year and it's so good I've proof read it like 937383939 times and I'm so excited to publish it but I want to get this out of the way first..

Harry's POVNow, it was time to talk to my mother. I gave Louis a reassuring look and led him downstairs to where my mum was on the couch looking at her phone and using her pointer finger to swipe like an old person.
"Hey mum, what are you doing?"
She looked up and smiled then pulled her reading glasses off her face. "I'm just looking at cute gift ideas on Pinterest. What are you guys up to?"
I looked slightly nervous and caught my eyes with Louis. He nodded at me as if to push me forward.
"We need to talk," I cut to the chase and sat down on the couch next to her on the right. Louis sat down on the chair in the corner to her left.
"What's going on?"
"The real reason Louis is here is because of something more serious than I had led you to believe. I didn't tell you right away because I wanted time for him to relax and not worry about anything."
"Okay, well is everything alright?"
"No..actually. Mr. Tomlinson is Louis' Dad. This is Louis Tomlinson," I said slowly, her face was covered in shock as she looked at Louis.
"I didn't know Dan had a son! How wonderful!"
"No mom.. the reason we didn't know Dan had a son was because Dan had kept Louis locked down in his basement for four years. He didn't feed him properly and he abused him. As soon as I found Louis down there I made it a mission to get him in safe arms. Gemma helped too. We just didn't know how you'd react," I finished off with a sigh and my mum had tears welling in your eyes.
"He hit you?" She asked with a crackly I'm-gonna-cry voice.
He nodded sadly. "It wasn't always just hitting though. He only usually hit me when he was mad at something or drunk. Usually my punishments spanned from missing a days meal or throwing me out when it's snowing and leaving me out for hours. He also whipped me with his belt once. I'm glad to be here," Louis said thankfully. I smiled at him sincerely with tears welling up in my eyes as well.
"Honey, oh my god! He kept you outside for hours at a time for four years and I didn't notice you? Our place is literally 20 feet away from his. I could've stopped this earlier!" My mum started to play the blame game and cried sadly.
"It's not your fault Anne. If anything, I'm really happy I got out of there sooner than later."
Anne picked up her phone and opened the dial app.
"What are you doing?" I asked demandingly.
"I'm calling the police!" Louis' eyes went wide and he lunged to grab her phone from her hands.
"You can't do that!" He exclaimed nervously.
"Why?"
"I've already been here for a week and a half. We can't call the police on something that already happened. We would have to just go to the station and file a report. But I'm not ready to talk to anyone," Louis admitted softly, and brokenly.
"Okay sweetheart," she agreed to his wishes and gave him a hug.
"If you ever need ANYTHING we are here for you."
Louis nodded gratefully and left to go back upstairs.
"You like him don't you?" Mum scared me out of my thoughts and I looked at her. She was giving that knowing look to me. The one that all mothers do when they think they know something.
I smiled cockily and answered, "no..I'm in love with him." Her mouth dropped in shock as I walked up the stairs confidently.
