A/n how are you guys liking the story so far?

marks pov

donghyuck and i were stuck in a room together for a night, he probably thinks it was by accident that i forgot the key but i didnt, i purposely forgot so that donghyuck and i would be alone in the room.

we both started working on the song, donghyuck would sing while i would rap. we both wrote the lyrics and donghyuck helped me produce the song. i really hope this song turns out ok. donghyuck thinks his voice isnt good enough but to be honest, his voice is the best i have ever heard in my life. i dont see why he doesnt like his own voice.

it took a few hours until we heard lighting strike at midnight, which caused donghyuck to get frightened. i saved all our work and turned to donghyuck.

"hey donghyuck are you ok?"

"oh um, i..i am afraid of thunderstorms. i know im grown up and all but it scares me."

all of a sudden the power goes out and the storm gets louder, causing donghyuck to jump and start crawling into a ball.

i quickly go beside him and hug him. im not sure why, or what it meant. it probably just means im a caring friend.

"donghyuck.. everything is going to be alright, im here for you."

donghyuck stays silent and nods, he turns to face me.

"mark, about earlier, what were you going to tell me?"

oh no, he remembers?¿ i better make something up

"umm, i just just going to say that you have a beautiful singing voice. i love your voice. thats all."

just his voice, not him. i dont love him. i have a girlfriend for crying out loud. i should only love his voice, but why did it hurt saying that? am i falling for lee donghyuck? am i in love.. with him?

donghyucks pov

my heart shattered.

pieces of my hurt just ripped off.

just when i thought i had a chance, everything backfires. why did i think i could ever be with mark? he has a girlfriend, he has more important things then me. mark will never get rid of the girl.

i turn around, fighting back the tears that were threatening to fall down my face.

we stay silent for a while, back to back while my tears fall down softly.

no ones pov

"i cant take this anymore." mark suddenly put his hands on donghyuck and turned him around.

"donghyuck, im a liar. not only do i love your voice, but i think im falling in love with you. i dont know whats happening, but im sure that i have fallen for you."

donghyuck cant say anything, hes frozen. he couldnt believe what mark had just told him. he didnt know if mark was just saying that to make him feel better or if he actually meant it.
