i was nervous for our date. we were in marks car and i didnt know how to act. was i supposed to act myself or act a bit more mature?

mark must have noticed that i was uncomfortable and gently put his free hand on my thigh.

"dont be nervous donghyuck, just act yourself."

mark smiled as i loosened myself a bit and smiled.

"you look really cute when you smile." mark muttered under his breath so that i wouldnt hear.

we finally arrived at the location for our date and mark told me to close my eyes. he held my shoulders and directed me to where i was going.

"open your eyes."

it was at a beach. a table was set up with flowered around it shaped as a heart. there was food on the table already.

i started tearing up at the sight. it was beautiful.

"i prepared everything. i wanted to make our first date the best one. i can tell your going to mean a lot to me, so i needed to make this special."

i jumped in marks arms and hugged him tightly. he hugged back while we started rocking back and forth.

we started walking hand in hand to the table and mark pulled out my chair so that i could sit down.

i couldnt believe this was really happening. i was on a date with the guy i thought i would never even talk to.

we started eating as mark couldnt stop staring at me. it wasnt uncomfortable at all. i could tell he wanted to start a conversation, so i decided to speak.

"mark, thank you so much for this."

"it was nothing really, i wanted to make you happy."

"you already made me happy just by being here."

"really?"

"yea of course, we could be at a garbage dump and i would still be happy because you're there with me."

i saw marks eyes shimmer as my heart skipped a beat.

this date was going really well. we both finished our meals and started to take a stroll on the beach together.

my hands were in my pockets while marks were free. i could tell me wanted to hold my hand so i got my hand out of my pocket and grabbed marks free hand.

he smiled as i swear i saw an angel. we walked until i tripped over a rock in our path. i was about to fall until mark caught me. the position we ended up being in made my heart flutter. marks arms were around my waist while my hands were around marks neck.

the sun was setting as i just couldnt take it, i knew mark wanted it too since i could see it in his eyes. mark closed his eyes as i did the same, both of us pulling in. we were inches away. we were so close to kissing, my first kiss with my first love. the moment of my life that i has been waiting for is finally here, its finally happening. we got closer and closer until...

our lips made contact.
