Her fist brought down to Jordan's face repeatedly. Somehow she had gotten on top of him. Jordan had told the rest of the football team not to help since he could deal with a measly girl on his own.

"Y/n, he's already down," I whispered. SHe froze and let out a sigh. She got slowly off him. His face had been busted up. He would definitely get a good couple of bruises. She stood and brushed herself off. Jordan stood and with a quick swing, he started another fight. The rest of the team had grabbed her and he had swung his fist to the right side of her fist with his right hand.

"What is going on here?" Our principal yelled. Everyone turned to the hallway opening and Y/n was dropped to the ground. She stood quickly glaring as she touched her hand to her cheek which blood was pooling from. There was too much blood to see where she had gotten cut. "What are you boys doing? Get in my office right now?" He yelled. Every student that was possibly in the hallway had stopped to look and see what was going on. They all looked down the skinny hallway. I wanted to hide and not be seen. My breath raced as everyone watched me leaving the small hallway.Eyes quickly fell on Y/n who had blood all down her white shirt now. She wiped her arm on her cheek to catch some of the blood. Had she done all that for me? She didn't have to. It's not like I was worth saving, but she didn't forget about her promise of leaving me alone. I had been hiding in the hall not wanting anyone to find me. After Jay had said I was the one jumping yesterday people haven't left me alone and that was something I desperately needed. As I watched her get patched up the nurse was praising her for her bravery. Everyone had been calling her brave and her I was being a weakling needing a girl to fight my battles. I was hurting everyone around me and the huge cut on her face was proof. I should never have made her promise she wouldn't leave me because now she was having my bad luck. I sighed as she was called into the principal's office. Now she was going to get into trouble because she had been fist fighting. That is if that was what the boys told her. I smirked imagining them explaining the story. SHe just jumped on me and attacked me, they would say. So you were beaten up by a girl? The principal would add. I sighed again. They were beaten up by a girl who was defending me instead of letting me get beat. I groaned feeling a pain on my side. I lifted my shirt seeing the bruise among my ribs. I sighed and my stomach growled. You are not really hungry. The voice in my head told me. Your body is just trying to make you fat. It was right. I slouched seeing the rolls in my stomach. Every time I ate my body wanted to keep the fat to itself. That was why I was so fat. Y/n opened the door once again.

"Did you get in trouble?" I questioned. She shook her head taking the ice pack.

"Are you ok? You got hit didn't you?" She questioned. I shook my head in answer, not really wanting to talk. "Are you sure? I thought they hit you?" She questioned. I shook my head again.

"How can you get in this much trouble two days in a row?" I looked past her to where the officer was. He came in with a chuckle and took her hand in his examining it.

"They were using him as their punching bag." She spoke about me so simply. I was jealous of her courage and strength.

"So you made them your punching bag?" He questioned.

"I guess it was just the anger?" She shrugged.

"Yeah, well you need to learn to control it." He dropped her hand. He looked over at me.

"I am fine," I told him looking at the floor. I swung my feet slowly.

"Ok, if you are sure. You need to protect yourself better. How have your parents been?" He asked.

"Fine. A lot of tears from my mom." I nodded.

"Yeah, well that happens when their only child almost takes her own life. Are you getting help?" He questioned me. Oh just go away. I hate talking to people.

"Yeah, I have a therapist now I see twice a week," I said.

"Good to hear." he patted me on the back and left the room. I sighed just wanting to sleep at this point.

"Ok, you two can go home." The principal told me from the door. Y/n nodded to him looking at me. She nodded goodbye to me and left. I guess she had kept her promise to me but now I just felt like a burden to her at this point. I was hurting her instead of getting hurt myself. I sighed picking my bag up off the floor throwing it over my shoulder. In the main office room, Jay was sitting in a chair moaning with ice on his head. Both his eyes were black. I smirked walking past him.

"So how was school?" Mom questioned at the table. I was pushing my food around with my fork. I didn't want it.

"It was fine." I sighed.

"What's wrong?" She questioned.

"You know that girl?" I questioned.

"The one who saved you? She questioned. I hated that word. Saved. I didn't need constant saving.

"I got her hurt today. The football team was going to throw some punches and she came out of nowhere and started knocking people out. But she got hurt herself." I groaned dropping my fork.

"So how did she get hurt? Did they punch her?" They asked.

"I'm not hungry. I'm going to bed." I sighed pushing away from the table.

"S/o? You didn't even touch your food." Mom said.

"Just leave him." My dad told her. I walked up to my room and stripped myself of my clothes looking at my thin body. I wanted to be able to count every rib on me. I slouched seeing the gross fat roll and sighed. My stomach was so fat I couldn't get rid of the fat on my stomach. I groaned changing into a black baggy t-shirt and grey sweatpants and curled into bed.

I ran as fast as I could get my legs to carry me but shadows kept grabbing onto my feet and pulling until I fell to the ground. My face it the dirt gravel path which had been marked out perfectly. The figure crawled over me and started biting over many spots of my skin and I saw the flesh being ripped from my body and spit away. It felt like many tiny knives had been stabbed into my skin and then pulled away. The shadow began licking up the blood that was pooling from me draining me of all my energy. I screamed and yelled and tried thrashing from the grasp of the shadow but its strength was overpowering me. I shook around the best I could but it itself started howling and screaming. I saw as more shadows started to form from the tree line. Black particles grouped together like portals and one by one more black shadows were walking out to come have a taste of my blood. Each time one walked out the next would be bigger.

I shot up in my bed covered in a cold sweat. I panted loudly and watched my door slowly creak open too where I saw two shadow like creatures like in my dream and I lost it screaming. They came close to me talking in a loud voice trying to grab me. I screamed and thrashed as they tried gripping onto me. I screamed out random sentences. My heart raced and I struggled to breathe through my screaming. My stomach tied itself in multiple knots as I fought for myself.

"Don't touch me," I screamed, but they kept trying.
