Chapter 24

{Yerin}

I wanted to be sad. I think that was one of the worst performances we've ever had, but seeing Yuju bright and unbothered when she suffered the most I felt okay. Sowon was pissed, but she wasn't complaining. She made us all a big meal when we got home of rice, stew, everything to make us feel better. We both laying in bed with full stomachs.

"Sowon, I feel like something bad or good is going to come next"

"Don' think like that, the bad thing already happened. Be positive okay"

"Because good always comes after bad?"

"Always. Taehyung messaged you by the way" and she tossed me the tablet

Taehyung: I just saw.....are you okay? are the other girls okay? hows yuju? we can reschedule obviously

Taehyung: rest a lot

Yerin: Hi, yes im good

Yerin: we're all good

Yerin: yuju is good

Yerin:  and wednesday?

Taehyung:  okay :)

"Where are you going to put all of this?" we were back at the claw machine and I was wining....by a lot. I was using it as a stress reliever

"Do you know how many people are going to stare at us, when we ride the bus back? A LOT"

"Then we'll walk" 

"You're famous now, we can't just walk" and I looked him dead in the eyes, hoping he would understand how I felt. I turned to him 

"You think that too huh?"

"What?" he genuinely looked confused and I then I knew that he didn't know why I felt and acted the way I did

"Look, I know the fancam of us brought a lot of attention and I'm really honored and happy and all" I was looking around hoping he wouldn't see my teary eyes "but it had to happen in such a bad way. We were doing good, MGT was charting high, we had events and shows were asking for us before all of it. The video is an overnight sensation, but we, GFRIEND aren't. We we're doing good before too, but now everyone just thinks of that video and... and I just-"

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry that it had to happen the way it did and that people think like that, but I don't and I'm sorry that I hurt you too by what I had said. And I'm also sorry that I cut you off" 

"You say sorry a lot"

"I know a girl who does too" and he smiled he small smile and I felt the atmosphere go back to what it was

A wave of testosterone had hit me the moment he opened the door. Shoes of all smells has penetrated the oxygen

"We're boys okay" I guess I made a face as I was taking off my shoes entering their dorm

I truly didn't have space in the girls and I's dorm to put all the new dolls I had won, including a big teddy bear I let him have, so we brought some to be left at their dorm but it was just as cramped. 

"You said you had space!"

"More space than you" 

"Where are you going to put all of these"

"I don't know yet" we had dumped all the plushies down on the table, which took up the entire space. We sat down next to each other, the walk wasn't bad but my arms and shoulders were sore from carrying them. I was massaging the back of my neck, when I felt Taehyung's slender fingers around my hand taking over. He began rubbing it and I felt like I could fall asleep right there, like those moments where someone plays with your hair.

"I should of carried more sorry" he said, and I agree but he was hugging the teddy bear so cutely in his arms as we walked I didn't really notice how little he had

"It's fine, one must hold their own trophies" I said proudly and I picked up a my jibang doll of the night, his cool fingers felt nice on my tense muscles

"Am I going too hard?"

"No, no it feels good" I felt myself dozing off until he went harder on my neck

"Hey don't sleep on me, I want a massage too"

"You didn't do anything"

"I'm giving you a massage aren't I?" I looked at him with rolled eyes, because he was right. And then we were just looking at each other. His hand was still on my neck, and we were pretty close. He had this look in his eyes and he could probably kiss me right now, and I let him too. I felt myself slowly leaning in, my face brought closer to his by his hand. I was about to close my eyes when I saw something

"GAHAHHAAHHH" 

Me and Taehyung broke apart instantly and Hoseok appeared with a tshirt and boxers on. He was looking around nervously

"Ughgh hi Yerin" he waved "sorry I didn't know you guys were here...in our dorm......together....I was just shocked"

"Why are you yelling so loud this late????" Yoongi came in, also only in his boxers and a hoodie

"OH MY GAHAH YERIN!" he screamed but in a much more calmer voice "What are you doing here?"

"Ugh- Uhmm dolls, uhm we had- I had dolls to drop off" and I said nervously pointing at the filled table not knowing what to do with myself. I stood up from my chair looking down on Taehyung who was absorbing everything that was going on

"Bro go put some pants on please" Taehyung said and I sent him a thankful glare

"Sorry I didn't mean to surprise you or anything"

"It fine, whatever you know, we just usually don't have guest" Hoseok said smiling all giddy

"Yeah and when we do we try to have pants on" Yoongi said and grabbing Hoseok by the arm back to their rooms

"I'm gonna go, it's getting late" I went to go put my shoes one when I felt Taehyung's hand on mine

"We just got here though" he said with his big eyes

 "The girls are probably really worried about me"

"Okay, lets go then" and he got up and was putting on his shoes too

"Wait no, I can go by myself"

"You think I'm gonna let you walk by yourself?? As if, come on it's late like you said" and we walked out hand in hand

"Tell Hoseok I'm sorry for scaring him, I didn't realize how.....how..."

"Dramatic he is?"

"I was gonna say easily scared he is, but that works too"

"Yeah hahahaha, I guess seeing us was shocking to him" we were rounding the block and I felt my cheeks blush thinking back to that moment. I'm almost sure he was thinking about it too, the rest of the walk was quite until we were at my door

"I had a good time" because I did and I liked hanging out with him, and I'm pretty sure I like him

"Me too" he said, we were still holding hands and I could feel mine getting sweaty so released my grip. I was walking backwards not breaking eye contact with him until I felt the door at my back. 

"Goodnight Yerin" God he looked cute, and I liked how he walked me home again and I liked the way he said my name and I'm pretty sure I like him. So I did what any girl does to end their date and what I should of done earlier. I walked forward and kissed him.
