{Taehyung}

"Guys.... I fucked up" I said as I got back to the dorm, everyone was either at the table or on the couch. We were pretty much all gathered, which is good so I wouldn't have to explain myself twice

"Should we be surprised?" Jungkook asked

"Ah let him speak" Jimin said but my brain felt like it was malfunctioning

"Dude say something" Namjoon said looking up from his phone worried

"Yerin kissed me" I said accepting the reality of what had happened 

"BITCH WHAT THE FUCK OMGGGGG"      "TAEEHYUNGGGGGGGG"   "HOW DID IT GOOO????" "YERRIN??!?!! BANGS GFRIEND YERIN?!?!?!!?"

"Why are you not happy, don't you like her" Jin asked

"You like her??" Jungkook was so oblivious sometimes

"Wait....how'd you fuck up?" Jin asked slowly and I was mortified at myself thinking back to it

"I didn't kiss her back" I said looking at their faces which now were all confused. The silence in the room was painful and I was looking at them hoping for some reaction

"Man you did fuck up" Jin said 

"WHY DIDN'T YOU KISS HER BACK" Namjoon yelled

"Don't yell at him" Jimin said calmly

"Damn poor girl is probably embarrassed right now" Yoongi said as if I didn't know, the salt to my wounds

"I KNOW OKAY!! Uggghhh and I feel so bad"

"But why didn't you kiss her?" Namjoon asked again

"I don't know. I was so shocked that she made the first move, I was like frozen and couldn't react-"

"In this case reciprocate" Hoseok chimed in 

"Anyways so she kissed me and I couldn't kiss her back and when she realized she just ran inside the dorm and now I'm here"

"She probably thinks you're not interested"

"I know"

"Even though you are very very likely interested"

"I know"

"You gotta talk to her about it"

"I know" 

"Sleep on it first about what you should do and all"

"That I will do"

"Should I text her?" I was lying on my bed with a billion thoughts running in my head

"Weren't you going to sleep?" Namjoon asked as he came in

"I really can't though"

"Figures" 

"What do I even say, like hey sorry I couldn't kiss you back because I was scared but do know that I like you"

"......Yeah that sounds pretty good to me, you said you felt sparks" he made quotation marks around sparks "when you're with her and she obvisouly felt it enough too to kiss you"

"Yeah but we sorta established a friendship"

"Things change" and there was silence in the room again

"You were scared?"

"What?"

"You said you were scared" and I was. I was scared for so many different reasons. 

"Because the feeling of liking someone...I haven't felt that in a long time, we didn't have the time to feel like this for anyone. And say we get together, what then? And what if we don't get together, then I'd have to wait for these feelings to go away and who knows how long that'll last"

"You didn't even try yet. I'm not saying she's the love of your life or that it'll work out like it does in the drams, but just give it a shot. You deserve to be happy"

"You think I should still wait to text her?"

"For her sake? Yes"
