Wonderland

Chapter 2

Currently off school, so I thought I'd update, throughout this story I will change the POV between the characters so you get more sides to the story x
Anna-

Today we were going into town to get pancakes, with Xavier. I still had to introduce him to my friends. The group consists of, Aura, Lucy, Jake, Daniel, Leo me and now Xavier. Leo and I were the 6 wheelers in the group, Alex and Jake are dating, Lucy and Daniel are clearly crushing on each other. Leo has a boyfriend but it's a long-distance thing, so really I'm the only single one but it doesn't bother me I have Netflix and Food.

It was currently 9:15 and obviously, only me and Alex were awake, thanks to her loud ass waking me up. Again. So I'm currently stood in the shower contemplating whether to cancel, but knowing full well she would never let me cancel, I continued washing my hair.

"Anna what are you doing in there, you've been years" Aura and her over exaggerating words said, bending on the door

"Aura its been 10 minutes"

"Exactly get out"I groaned and wrapped my towel around myself. I entered my room, clothes drawn all over the floor and a flustered looking Aura stood proudly with an outfit in her hand.

"I got you an outfit, personally my favourite. I'll wait downstairs if you are not down within 10 minutes I will kick your door down" she glared at me whilst walking out. I groaned at the outfit. Black skirt, with my favourite white top and some converse. Tieing my hair into a half up and half down. I walked down the stairs. Aura happily chatting along to my mum. I swear my mum would easily replace me with Aura if she wanted.

We left the house and decided to split up to wake the rest of the guys up, I chose Xavier and Lucy whilst she had the rest. Skating to Lucy's house, her mum gave me a warm smile and welcomed me in.

"Hey Anna, Let me guess you're going out and Lucy is not awake" I gave her a knowing smile and rushed up the stairs. Lucy was sprawled out on top of her bed, dry drawl covered her left cheek and her hair was everywhere.

"OMG LUCY QUICK, DANIELS COMING" I screamed. She jumped at this action

"Daniels coming omg I'm not ready how do I look?" her panicked expression fulfilled her face

"Be ready and meet at Aura's in 20 minutes, otherwise ill send the worse photo of you to Daniel" I walked out of her room proudly after hearing her groan. Next up Xavier. I skated to his house which was not far from Lucy after he gave me his address last night. I knocked on the towering door. A man, looking exactly like Xavier opened the door, giving me a warm smile.

"Hello, can I help you? " his smile never leaving his face.

"Hello, I'm Anastasia, I'm here to wake Xavier up, we planned to go out with my friends today"

He laughed "of course, he's not awake yet, but if you go straight upstairs it's the first door on the left" I quickly thanked him and rushed up the stairs, feeling awkward and anxious considering I had only met him yesterday and I am in his house. Walking into Xaviers room was like I was smacked with stereotypes. His room was dark colours, boxes piled on top of one another where he hasn't unpacked. His double bed laid neatly in the middle and his huge figure sprawled across his bed, looking less alive and more dead. Deciding to wake him up, I moved closer to his bed. I poked his cheek once, twice and twice turned into ten. Was he dead? I leaned close to his ear, a smirk playing on my lips

"XAVIER WAKEY WAKEY" his body sprung up as he looked around frantically, before settling his eyes on me. "What the hell Anna" Ari? a nickname already.

"I told you, I'd come and get you" He rolled his eyes.

"I didn't expect you to scream in my ear"

"I actually stood and poked you like 1000 times, this is your fault" I left his room so he could get ready, walking down the stairs to see Xaviers dad sat watching the TV.
"Come sit, he takes ages getting ready, he's like a girl, I swear" I smiled and sat next to Xaviers dad, who chatted away easing the nervous feeling I had before.

"Hey, Anna" Xaviers dad said, who's name I had learned was Joey questioned.

"Yeah?" I said frowning at his worried expression.

"thank you for inviting Xavier along with you and helping him settle in, he hasn't had it easy and this move was hard"

"It's my pleasure, just adding an extra one so I can annoy someone other than my friends" We both laughed and continued back to our previous conversation. Xavier walked down the stairs after 6 years of waiting, wearing Black skinny jeans and a tight white top, which showed his muscles in all the right places. We both shared a groan as we realised we had the same colours on, however, couldn't waste any more time. We finally left Xaviers house and made our way over to Aura's

After long introductions and meeting everyone, we finally left, which I was happy about because I was starving. We, unfortunately, had to split into two cars;  Aura, Xavier, Jake and I was in Jake's car;  And Daniel, Lucy and Leo in Lucy's car. Of course, me and Xavier were planted in the backseats. But Jake had promised me I could control the music. Smiling I grabbed my iPhone 7 and plugged the aux in, Aura and I looked at each other a knowing smile planted on our faces.

"NO, WE ARE NOT LISTENING TO THIS" Xavier and Jake yelled, Xavier, trying to grab my phone from me as I struggled about, soon after he gave up and slumped in his seat

"EVERYBODY WANTS TO STEAL MY GIRL" Aura and I yelled at the top of our lungs. One Direction continued to play until we reached our destination. Grants Diner. The group's favourite place. We grabbed our normal table, as Leah the Waitress came over.

"Let me guess you want the normal, Apart from you" She looked at Xavier " I'm Leah and I'm pretty much the server that serves these childish people" We all looked at her pouting.

"Can I have the Strawberry pancakes please?" Xavier said Pancake running smoothly of his British tongue.

"Oo same as Anna, Good choice" the group soon broke into their own chat, Obviously Jake and Alex, Then Lucy and Daniel, which left me, Xavier and Leo, however, Leo's phone rang, her face lit up hinting it's her boyfriend. Okay looks like it's just me and Xavier. Again.

"So Xavier, What's your favourite colour" Amusement filled his eyes.

"You could ask me any question and you ask for my favourite colour" A light smile reached his lips.

"Curiosity killed the cat" was my only reply.

"Red. Red is my favourite colour" he continued " How about you, Mrs cheery. What's your favourite colour"

Mrs cheery mmph. "my Favourite colour is baby blue, its such a pretty colour" He playfully rolled his eyes.

"So Xavier, how're you handling the move, Jake said, with a mouthful of pancake.

"It's going better than excepted. I didn't expect to be in such a big friendship group" we all laughed, and continued talking about endless things.

We soon decided on a movie night, which will be apparently held at mine, I had no say in this plan however is agreed nonetheless and made my way back home to set up for tonight.
