Pairing: Ethan x Reader (Mark's sister)

Summary: Ethan confesses his liking for the reader, but what will happen when Mark finds out they like each other?

"Yes Mark" I said looking back at the TV. "Promise?" He asked. Sigh. "I promise Mark, now can I watch the lion king?" I asked looking at him. "Sure whatever" he said turning around and going back to the kitchen. He was telling me that his friends are coming over and I should stay away from them. I'm never really around his friend except for in school.

There is Bob, Wade, Molly, Mandy, Tyler, Kathryn, Ethan and Amy, Mark's girlfriend and also my best friend. She is the same age as me we're both sixteen, but Mark and all his other friends are seventeen. Amy knows everything so she also knows I have a little crush on Ethan and somehow Kathryn found out too. So when they come over I am usually in my room or around Amy to not embarrass myself.

'-' Time skip '-'

I heard a knock on the door. "(Y/n) can you get the door?" Mark yelled from the shower. "Sure!" I yelled back. I walked to the door and opened it and in walked Ethan. "Hey (y/n)" he said with a little wave. What am I going to do Amy is not here, Mark is in the shower and I can't just leave Ethan alone here. "Hi Ethan" I said back looking everywhere but his beautiful hazel eyes.

He walked to the couch and sat down. He looked at the screen then me and then to the pile of tissues on the couch. He laughed taking a chip from my bowl and popping it into his mouth. "What's so funny?" I asked walking to the couch and sitting next to him. "You were crying, while watching the lion king?" He asked. "Well yeah, its a sad moment, I know for a fact that you cried watching it once" I said with confidence in my voice. I was never so confident talking to him. "Well I can't lie to you, yeah I have cried" he chuckled and I giggled.

There was a silence, a comfortable silence. We kinda just sat there looking at the TV screen. He turned his head to look at me and I did the same. We just keep starring at each other. His hand met my cheek "I wanted to do this for a long time" he said. You smiled "Me too". He started to lean in, I slowly started to lean in too. My lips met his soft ones. He kissed me slowly but passionately. I had a crush on him for almost two years now, I just couldn't believe what was happening. We were kissing. I heard the bathroom door open so I quickly pull away from Ethan.

Mark walked down stairs seeing us. "Hey man" Mark said to Ethan. "Hey" Ethan replied. "Your here early? How? Your usually the last one here" mark said laughing. "Well Tyler is always last not me, and yeah I thought I will be here early, and (Y/n) kept me company" Ethan said looking at me. "(Y/n) didn't I say you are NOT allowed to talk to my friends." Mark said. Yeah he did but I'm 16 do I really ever listen. "Yeah you did, don't worry I'm going" I said with my hands up.

Time skip

After about an hour I hear everyone come in. "(Y/n)!!" I heard Amy yell. I run downstairs and give her a big hug. "On thank goodness I need your help" I said to Amy pulling her up to my room. I didn't really need help I just needed someone to talk to about Ethan. "(Y/n) slow down" Amy giggled. I walked into my room and closed the door. I look at Amy. "what's wrong" she asked me. "I uhh..." I kept quite. "You what?" She asked worried.

"I kissed Ethan" I blurted out. She jumped up and down. "Yes, I knew it will happen" she said happily. "Now is not the time to fangirl Amy" I said sternly. "Fine ,fine" she smiled. "Well what is Mark going to say?" I asked worried. "Leave it to me" Amy replied with a smirk on her face. "Amy, what are you thinking?" "You'll see" she said walking out of the room. 'Shit' I think.

*'*time skip... Again*'*

I was sitting in my room scrolling on my phone when I heard someone call my name. I walk down the stairs to see all of Mark's friends sitting in a circle. "Do you want to play truth or dare with us?" Amy asked. I know what's she is doing. "No I'm fine" I quickly said walking up the stairs. I felt someone grab my wrist, "Come on it will be fun" Ethan said. Pulling me back to the circle. I sigh and sit down. "Mark truth or dare" Ethan asked. 'Dare" he replied. "Put peanut butter on your face and run down the street yelling 'I'm the king of squirrels'" Ethan said. Mark stood up and did the dare. After a few rounds it came to me. "(Y/n), truth or dare" Amy asked me. "Truth" I said trying to get away from the dare to kiss Ethan. "Do you have a crush on anyone in this room?" She asked. 'Perfect just perfect' I think to myself. "Yes" I said. Mark looked at me, "who is it" Mark asked. I looked at him and said "It's not my turn Mark" he rolled his eyes and we went on with the game. Once again it came to me. "Truth or dare" Kathryn asked. "Dare" I said. She smiled and said "Kiss your crush" I suddenly felt really uncomfortable. I slowly look around. Everyone is starring at me waiting except Mark and Ethan. Mark looks mad and Ethan looks at the ground. "Fine!" I said. I stood up and took Ethan's hands , making him stand to, I got on my tip toes and kissed him on his soft lips. My hands around his neck and his hands on my waist. I pull away and look at mark. "Fucking finally!" Mark yelled. I looked at him confused. "Ethan had a crush on you since he saw you, but he was to scared to tell you" I look back to Ethan to see him blushing. "So your fine with it" I asked Mark. "Yeah I was ready to force you two to kiss" mark laughed. I guess I was scared for nothing. The rest of the night we watched movies as me and Ethan cuddled. I fell asleep and so did he.
