"Hey Tyler" I said walking over to him. "Whats up?" He asked turning away from Mark. "Can you call Ethan. I don't know where he is" I asked. "I already did, he is picking up Skylar" he answered.

I shouldn't be suprised. He started dating skylar about five months ago and slowly started to either come late to a party or just not show up.

It started with missing little hangouts with his friends to missing work meeting to missing family dinners and I'm scared he will now miss my 21st birthday.

The worst part of all is having a crush on him. From all the guys i know, I had to fall for the one that is taken, and I fell hard.

I looked at the door and slowly walked to the kitchen away from Tyler. I took a drink in my hand placing it on my lips taking a sip of the cool alcoholic drink.

The door opened and there they walked in. The slim redhead with the handsome brunrette. Ethan walked around greating everyone as skylar walked over and started a conversation with Amy.

Ethan then walked to the kitchen, his eyes landing on mine the moment his foot made contact with the kitchen tiles. A small smile grew on the 22 year old man's face infront of me. He quickly walked over to me and placed his arms around my waist pulling me in for a hug. I placed my red solo cup on the black marble counter next to me before rapping my arms around his shoulders. We stood like that for a moment, my eyes closed taking in his sent. Hoping the moment would last longer than it did, but we were interupted by a loud annoying voice "baby?". He pulled back and looked over his shoulder to Skylar. "Yes love" He answered. "Can you bring me a drink" she asked pointing at the table. "Yeah be there in a sec" He said turning back to me smiling. "Happy birthday, you are now legal" He said, a small chuckle leaving his pink lips. I smiled at him, thanking him. He nodded and took two cups turning around and walking over to Mark. Who stood next to Amy, listening to her and Skylar's conversation.

He gave one cup to Skylar and placed his arm loosly around her small waist. I stood looking at them. "You know, staring at them won't make it easier on your small little heart" Tyler said. I jumped turning to him. I placed my hand on my chest. "Shit, you scared me" I said my breathing heavy. He looked at me and then to Ethan. He gave me a sad look knowing about my three year crush on the american youtuber. "Yeah, I know it won't help" I said taking my cup downing the liqoud that was in it. I trough it in the garbage and took another cup. Before I could take another sip Tyler pulled the cup from my hand. "No, you already had almost five cups. That is enough for now" He said placing the cup behind him. "You can't keep doing this to yourself (N/n), you should just tell him" He said. My eyes widen "Tell him?" I alsmost yell. I quickly brought my voice to a whisper after seeing people look at me. "That is the last thing I want to do. I can't just ruin his relastionship" I said shaking my head. "I promise he likes you too, he just needs a push to see it" Tyler said. I looked into his eyes and sighed. I turn my gaze to Ethan seeing that he has both his hands on Sky's waist. They look into seach others eyes, talking and laughing. Ethan turns looking at me seeing the sadness in my (e/c) orbs, and lets his hands fall from her. "Fuck" I whisper, walking as quickly as I can to my bedroom.

I heard his steps gaining on me and before I got to my door he gripped my wrist turning me around. "We need to talk, now" he said pulling me into the bedroom closing the door behind him. "What is up with you?" He asked. I look at his hazel eyes. "Nothing" I lie unable to tell him that my heart is devoted to him but he already has an amazing girlfriend. "(N/n), I've known you since we were ten. I know when you are lying" he said. "I can't tell you" I whisper looking at my hands. "Why can't you tell me. We promised to never keep secrets" he said his voice getting louder as he got more irritated by my behavior. "I love you okay, and I can't tell you because I can't take your happiness away from you. I don't want to hurt your relastionship with skylar because of my stupid feelings. I tried to hide them, I really did. But it is getting so hard, I'm jeolous that she can have you but I can't" I said tears rolling down my cheeks. "I'm sorry I sho-" I was cut of by Ethan's soft lips on mine. Kissing me. My heart skipped a beat, which will make any docter consurned for my health. My hands got caught in his hair as his went to my waist pulling me flush against him. We pulled away for breath, his lips quiclky finding mine again. But this time I placed my hands on his chest, pushing him away. He looked at me confused. "What about skylar" I asked. "I don't care, I saw her kissing another guy yeaterday" He said. I shook my head "Then why are you still together?" I asked confusion dripping from my lips. "I thought i loved her" He said once again kissing me

"But I made a mistake" he said
