So we've established that Callum likes me. And we have also identified that Callum is just really really cute! So I'm watching TV in my room waiting for him to get ready to go to the mall. Noah and Alex are back now and they brought some of the boys from the game. Alex came and got me and practically dragged me in to their bedroom. "Boy's make room for the lady." They cleared way and Alex pushed me down on his bed.
"Why hello Olivia." Lachlan winked at me. The boys snickered as Noah and Alex rolled their eyes.
"Don't bother Lachie, Callum already claimed her." Alex groaned. The guys laughed and I frowned. "Sorry, but it's kinda true." He whispered to me. I nodded.
"So are you guys all going to the mall?" I asked.
There were a chorus of yes's and then Matt (I think) spoke up. "So Alex does Adam know that Callum had claimed Olivia? Don't want this to affect the team." He snickered. Wow he's a charmer.
"Ok uh Matt?" I spoke. He nodded his head. "Let's get one thing straight... I am not an object therefore no one can claim me. So this won't affect your team at all." I smiled fakely and left the room.
"Oh feisty ... I like it." I heard him laugh as I exited the room. Oh this guy is just fantastic. I locked my door behind me and slumped myself on my bed. I didn't want any one to claim me, but I kind of like Callum ... and Alex. Ugh why mother! Why?
About five minutes later the bathroom door opened and a fresh non sweaty looking Callum walked in to my room. "You ready?" he asked.
"Don't you knock?" I replied in monotone. I was feeling rather crabby now.
"Aw I'm sorry. I'll knock next time. What's wrong?" He asked as he sat on the edge of the bed beside me.
"I don't like Matt." I said.
"What did he do?" he asked instantly.
"Nothing. It's nothing." I said. I didn't want to cause trouble between friends. I have only been here one day. I don't wanna make a mess of things yet.
"Well there must be a reason you don't like him. Did he say something?" He pulled me up so I was sitting face to face with him. I quite like his features.
"Well yeah but I don't wanna cause trouble." I said quickly. But before I could tell him not to do anything drastic he was already up and through the bathroom that connected our rooms. I sighed. No away to get out of this one.
"What the hell did you say?" I heard him yelling. I sighed.
"I didn't say anything!" I heard Matt replied angrily.
"Then why is she upset?" Callum yelled again.
"Ha stuffed if I know buddy maybe she doesn't like the fact that you've claimed her!" Oh crud here we go! I frowned to myself and laid back down putting my pillow over my head.
I could hear muffled yelling but I was trying to block it all out. A few minutes later Callum came back. "Come on we're going out." He said taking my hand and pulling me up off the bed.
"Where?"
"Away from here ..." he trailed off as he dragged me to his bedroom and grabbed his wallet.
I didn't ask questions. I decided that I'd enjoy his company and not worry about what others said. We walked down to his dad's shop. "Yo dad I'm taking the car!" he yelled through the door and led me to garage.
"Can you tell me where we're going now?" I asked eagerly.
"Just away." he smiled. He's got an amazing smile. I smiled back.
So he helped me in to his red rusty truck and then jumped in on the other side. I slide over so I was sitting next to him and he smiled and slipped his arm around me. "I didn't mean for you to get mad at Matt." I pouted. I really didn't mean for it to happen.
"It's ok. I don't exactly see eye to eye with him any way so it was bound to happen. It wasn't your fault."
Twenty minutes later we were getting out of the truck and he was leading me down to a lake with an amazing view. "Oh wow Callum with is amazing." I gasped.
"Pretty isn't it."
