Chapter 7: Girl Problems

Scorpius

It wasn't his fault that his dad was a big crybaby and was a bully in school.  It wasn't his fault that Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, and Draco Malfoy didn't get along.  He wished it wasn't his fault that he was put in Gryffindor.  And most of all, it wasn't his fault that Scorpius Malfoy was crushing on a Weasley.

Ever since that ride on the train, Scorpius couldn't help noticing Rose Weasley.  She always lit up whenever she saw him.  

Scorpius was sitting in the Gryffindor common room, looking out the window.  He was just thinking about all the things his dad would be mad about, when he saw a dark figure move near the Forbidden Forest.  It was the shape of a girl, with long hair and thick finger nails.  Scorpius had just noticed that she was crawling on the ground when Albus burst into the common room.  

"Scorpius!" he panted.  "I'm sorry about lunch, we shouldn't have said any of those things." 

"Sure, it's fine." said Scorpius as he glanced out the window again, the girl was gone. "Where's Rose?"

"Oh, she went to send her parents an owl." replied Albus.  Just then Rose walked in through the portrait of the Fat Lady, and ran over to them.  

"Oh, Scorp, I'm really-" Rose started.

"Save it, it doesn't matter." relief showed over Rose's face.  "See the edge of the forest right there?" 

"Yea, what about it?" Albus replied.

"I just saw a girl crawling along there." said Scorpius.

"What did she look like?" asked Rose.

"I could only see the outline of her, but it looked like she had extremely long hair and fingernails." 

"I wonder who she is? Where did she go?" Albus asked.

"I don't know, I turned away for a second, and she was gone." replied Scorpius.

"Are you sure you weren't imagining things?" asked Rose.

"Positive."

Later that evening, they headed to the Great Hall feeling anxious. 

"You know, my dad has an invisibility cloak that he gave to me, we could use it and go search the Forbidden Forest tonight." said Albus.

"I don't think that's such a great idea Al.  Werewolves and other scary creatures roam the Forbidden Forest, and for all we know, it could have just been an animal that Scorp saw." said Rose.

"Well if one of us sees her again, then we should go with Al's idea." Scorpius said.  

Albus grinned really wide, and started eating.  

"Wait, you have an invisibility cloak?" Scorpius asked.

"Yea, it's so cool! I'll show you it tonight." replied Albus.  Suddenly he looked up, white in the face. "Guys, there's something I need to tell you."

Sorry guys, short chapter, but I want to discuss what Albus needs to tell them in his point of view...  Don't worry, it won't take as long to come out as this chapter did!!!! I'm really sorry! I just got back from camping, and I had writers block!!! 

To get the next dedication: come up with the closest story that Albus needs to tell them... It's probably really easy, BUT STILL!!! :)
