Chapter:14

I still can't believe this vacation is about to end.College will resume soon and I'll be back to my daily routine一college,boring lectures and assignments.The last few days just went spending time with family,meeting up with friends and basically visiting around the town.

Taehyung and I had got a lot more closer than before.He calls me now and again asking me about how was my day and other stuffs.That night when he hugged me even though for a mere second,it sparked something in me,I still can't get over the feeling of being engulfed in his warm hug again.I have started to get more fond of him and I'm not the only one,Jisung is too!These two boys have got on well with each other and I'm glad they met that day though Jisung tried to ruin my first date with Taehyung.

Last night,Taehyung texted me to meet him at a local cafe today.I'm really excited yet nervous but hopefully Jisung will not tag along this time.I opened my closet and grabbed a warmer clothes since the weather has got really cold than ever.If it was for other day,I wouldn't have a second thought about getting outside of the house.

I hurriedly got out of the house after I was ready.

The cafe was around the neighbourhood.As soon as I reached there,I composed myself before I held the door knob tightly and pushed it ahead to open.I roamed my eyes around the place searching for Taehyung and saw him waving at me from the table next to window.

"Hi!"I greeted him with a smile and he greeted back mirroring the same smile as me before we took seat opposite to each other.

There was a moment of silence between us before he slowly brought a wrapped box in front me which I didn't even notice earlier.

"This is for you. ."he said scratching his neck nervously.

"You didn't h-"

"Please take it Haneul-sii"he pouted looking at me.

"Okay fine!You happy?"I brought the box close to me making his pout turn into a smile.

"What is this?"I asked examining the box.

"Just something you will like!"he replied with confidence making me wonder what might it be.

Then he excused himself to get order for us and in few minutes he returned holding a tray with two small bowls of strawberry-flavoured and chocolate ice cream.

"Are you kidding me?"I asked him in disbelief looking at the tray.

"Hmm?I remember once you said chocolate is your favourite!"he replied putting his finger in chin as if thinking deeply.

"It's about to snow out there and you brought icecream,coffee would have been better."I said folding my hands.

"Yikes!who prefer coffee anyway?"

"Me!!"I glared at him jokingly only to get some gibberish words as a response.

"Wha-"before I could finish my sentence he brought a scoop of ice cream close to my mouth making weird noise so I had no option left but to open my mouth and eat it.

He even patted my head as if I was a small kid.

Sometimes I don't understand what is on his mind.

I remember once he said he thinks rabbits live in moon,I was so dumbfounded at that time.I wonder if he is someone from another planet because I never thought someone like this guy would even exist.I think it would be pretty amazing to read his mind 一 well if I could because it's as if a little boy is trapped inside him.

The rest of the time was spent laughing and teasing each other until a voice that felt too familiar,the voice that I've been dreading to not hear called him.

"Is that Taehyung?"
