"Come quick!" officers shouted outside. I lift my head from a book to the sound of boots hitting the ground. Franky torpedoed in, watching Mr Jackson and another leave. She turned to me, her expression scared.

"What they said-" she smiled. I cocked my head until she cooed me over, making me instantly dropping my book and running off with her

We reach the yard, as I instantly froze. I watched as Bea scaled the wire fence, acting as if she was watching something. Franky folded her arms next to me.

"Still think she has a stand against drugs?" she asked, looking over to me.

I shook my head, looking back to Bea. "She doesn't take drugs. You know her better than me!"

Franky frowned, shrugging. "So you're suggesting she was tipped?"

I sigh, looking away. "The Freak won't be happy about this."

"Nuh. Not one bit." Franky turned to walk back inside before her hand planted on my shoulder. "I have to go to cooking detail- Make sure Bea don't hurt herself."

"Y-yep."

~~~
"Maxine, I don't know what to do." I chuckle nervously, sitting at the table. Maxine grabbed our empty cups and returned them to the sink.
"You love her, don't you?" Maxine leaned against the sink as she smiled generously.
I nodded, covering my face. "Yes."
"Well then there's nothing to stress about! Just pray that Franky wouldn't do anything to hurt you!" she smiled.
"Oi!" Maxine and I's attention was taken to Boomer as she rushed into the block. "Where's the slagger?" I looked to Maxine, confused.
"Oh, don't call her that." Maxine grumbled as she approached Boomer.
"No, where is she?" Boomer demanded.
"I don't know!" Maxine replied.
"Ugh, you know the bitch has stolen me' brew?"
"Uh-"
"No, it's all gone and she's off her face. It doesn't take a genius to work it she's been nicking it, aye!" Boomer argued. Sophie popped out from her cell as Boomer eyed her. "Hey, where's your mum?"
"She's gone to medical." Sophie responded blankly as she watched Boomer.
"Yeah? She should be fuckin' moving in there by the time I'm finished with her!" Boomer said before walking off.
"Oh, she doesn't mean that." Maxine said to Sophie to sooth her.
"No, I do mean that, I do fuckin' mean that!" Boomer said, returning.
"Oh god." I muttered, still staring. "Pathetic."
Blocks were called to lunch as Boomer watched everyone leave. I stood up, pushing my chair in. I felt a hand on my sleeve as I turned around to Boomer.
