Chapter 21: Maybe

Your POV:

I was laid in bed with Liza stroking my fur, she kept squealing and gushing over my wolf, because of my size. I ignored her half the time, the other half was making me uncomfortable because I was too use to these compliments from pack members.

"Y/N you're too cute at this size." Liza squealed.

My wolf just ignored her, not on purpose but because I had too. I yawned feeling tired, causing Liza to get up holding me. For a small girl she's pretty strong, it's all in the wolf genes.

"Hey, you gotta go to sleep now Y/N." She smiled and laid me in my bed.

I fell asleep almost instantly as my head touched my pillow. I fell into the bliss of sleep, only to be disturbed during the night by crashes. I jumped up, slightly scared seeing the darkness surround the room.

"Shhh." Voices each whispered and hushed.

I stood up, staying out of wolf form because they can smell me less. I wore Lauren's shirt and some boxers. My heart was beating a lot causing me to overthink every detail in my mind. Making my way down I felt the hairs on my arm grow knowing Lauren was at least here.

"Y/N?" A voice asked startling me.

"Lauren?" I asked seeing her.

"Hey why are you out of bed?" She asked hugging my waist.

"I heard noises." I whispered.

"There was a fight. Nothing too much, a few scratches but Lucia had nearly half her leg chewed out by their Beta. She's with her mate right now trying to heal." I nodded.

"Are you okay?" I asked turning to her.

"Just peachy baby." She smiled and I frowned.

She lied to me. Her long raven hair now cut slightly shorter, and her knuckles were purple. I don't want to even know if there is any damage under her clothes. She noticed my discomfort and kisses my head.

"Lets go to bed. Ally and Lucia will be okay alone because they'll go to sleep." Lauren explained.

"Ally is Lucy's mate? Never expected that."

"That's because they keep it private. Lucia doesn't like to put Ally in danger ever. Because it's her 'perfect' mate."

"Never expected Ally to be her mate because they are like two opposites. Ally is cute and innocent and well Lucy, is well Lucy." Lauren laughed nodding.

"Lucia is an odd one but for now, lets get you some food and to bed. I heard Liza squeezed your wolf form enough to most likely leave damage. So maybe I just have to cuddle you too so there isn't any more damage done." She smiled.

"Maybe."
