Chapter 58: Protective

Your POV:

Cara and I were playing on the sand out back, laughing and messing around. Kendall had came over because Lauren had taken some of the pack for the meeting of packs. Rosa was sat in my lap huffing and puffing over the fact Lucy had gone with Lauren.

"Rosa your hair is so long now." I laughed.

"Yes." She nodded looking at me.

I laughed alongside Kendall and Cara, it was quite amusing. Rosa has been growing quite quick like the boys. I had to look after her a lot more due to her imprinting on me.

"You're silly." I laughed tapping her nose.

"Silly?" She said looking at her nose.

"Mhm you are."

"Silly." She pats herself as if she is proud of it.

"I was joking honey. You're cute."

"Mama says cute. I'm cute." She said nuzzling into my neck.

"Yeah you are." I rubbed her back.

"Y/N." I looked over spotting Luna trying to get out of the back door.

I linked the pack asking for anyone to let her out, I saw 7 different people rush into the room to let her out. She rushed over barking and looked excited. She jumped into the pit, rolling on the sand panting.

"Doggy!" Rosa said.

Rosa was still yet to grasp the concept of wolves so she would say doggy. Calling someone a dog could be seen as an insult or a joke. Rosa didn't understand and loved everyone's wolf, knowing the comfort in each wolf.

"Go pet doggy." I smiled leaving go of her.

"Doggy." She giggled climbing over to Luna.

Luna loved Rosa and loved cuddles, some nights I'd go to bed with Luna and Lauren and wake up with Lauren, Luna and Rosa. I watched Rosa stand up, falling onto Luna as she barked.

"They are cute." Kendall commented.

"Yeah. They're best friends." I smiled.

Rosa was pulling on Luna's fur as Luna licked Rosa's head. Luna was very protective, like a mother figure to her.

"Dogggy." Luna whined lifting her paws.

Luna just barked, accepting the nickname from the young wolf. Rosa tried to pull at Luna's mouth next, laughing once she saw the teeth Luna had.

"Sharp." She took her finger placing it into her mouth.

"Wow. Luna is so calm." Cara said making me agree.

"Not sure how but yeah." I laughed.

"She's a warrior." I nodded.

"They both are. Luna has been constantly by my side. Speaking of." I said remembering something.

"What?" Cara asked.

"Rosa come on, nap time." I said standing up.

"I better get training for the hunting tournament." Cara said standing up.

"What tournament?" I asked as Rosa walked to me.

"My family's hunting one. I always bring my pet wolf. They think I bought." She spoke rubbing Kendall's side.

"You cheat?"

"No. They all have dogs. I just have a wolf who smells the best plus this year I choose Kendall instead of her wolf." Kendall laughed.

"Rosa lets go inside honey. Luna come on." I picked up Rosa when she walked over.

We walked inside there was a few pack members who stood up looking over.

"We're gonna go nap. Tell Normani when she comes down." I said walking to my room.

Once we got there Luna ran onto the bed as I carried Rosa to the bottom of the bed. She had many bedwetting issues so we had to give her a pull up. I changed her and got her into just her pull up I stripped down. I wore Lauren's shirt and panties, relaxing. We were close and body heat helps wolves.

"Sleepy now." Rosa whined as Luna climbed next to us.

She curled up behind Rosa and rested a paw over her. She was being protective of us both.
