I raced home as fast as I could. Trying to stop these tears from falling from my eyes. I cried myself to sleep again. But I woke up remembering the events I witnissed today.

*Hours Later
There was a knock at my door...
"Who is it?" I asked.
"Honey, Its me, are you alright?" Oh it was my mom.
I'm tired of hiding me from her. I opened the door while looking like the mess Candace made me.
"No mom I'm not ok" I said as I started walking towad my bed. She still hasn't seen my face.
"Why?Whats going on? And turn around and look at me." she asked.
" Mom....... I'm gay..."
My mom was staring at me with a smile on her face. I was just so curious... I had to ask.
"Mom, why are you smiling?"
She hugged me. Ok now I'm confused.
"Oh my little girl. I had always known it but I wasn't going to pressure you into coming out to me. Just remember I'll love you regardless but any girlfriend you get make surei meet her first."
Tears were running down my face and I hugged her even harder.
"I love you mom" I said through my sobs. She replied back with the same words.
This is the first day of school for me and I'm already a wreck what could go wrong next. I'm tired of getting my hopes up only for tyem to be crushed again. I'll just try to ignore her for as long as I could.
