Mya's POV
After the party, I got way too drunk to function so Tony took me home which resulted in him sleeping in my bed. And when I awoke I was shocked to see a shirtless Tony snoring peacefully and I couldn't help but smile, he was so handsome and I couldn't deny my feelings for him. He started to stir a bit so I decided to pretend being asleep, Tony woke up and looked at me. He came closer to me and hugged me, giving me a kiss on my temple and cuddling me. I "awoke" and hugged him back while kissing his cheek, he was so warm and inviting plus he smelled like cologne and vanilla.

Tony pulls away from me and looks into my eyes before kissing me softly on the lips, pulling away and putting his forehead on mine to get a better look of me. His eyes were a beautiful brown and his face was flawless, he notices me staring so he laughs and I blush at how his eye crinkles when he laughs or smiles. He grabs my hand from under the blankets and looks at my wrists longingly, looking at me.

"Mya, why do you cut?" Tony said out of no where and I sat up, looking down at my hands before bursting into tears. Tony then comes beside me and hugs me tight trying to make me feel better, he rubs my back and tells me everything is okay. When I'm ready to talk I tell Tony everything and when I'm finished, I am immediately filled with guilt when I look at Tony's face. His face is filled with sadness, sympathy, slight anger, and guilt which makes me start to cry again.

"Mya....I-I had no idea.. I knew something was up about that Ryan guy." He looks at me before getting up, tossing me his shirt. "You kinda stripped in front of me last night so you don't have any clothes on right now, you were crazy drunk." We both laugh and then I blush when I remember I'm naked, so I make Tony turn around when I put on his shirt. "Tony...I never told you about this because it's still hard for me to get over, I feel like those five years of my life were wasted. That I wish I could've been dating you instead of him.."

Tony looks shocked at my answer and I walk towards him, standing in front of him and getting on my tiptoes to hug him. He chuckles slightly as he hugs me and he kisses me passionately, every minute I craved more. Tony had me pushed up against a wall until my phone started to ring, which made us both groan. I went over to my phone and saw it was Brendon, so I responded and he asked me about tonight's date which I forgot about. I told him it was still happening and I hung up, looking at Tony who was jealous. "Relax turtle, it was just Pete checking up on me from last night."

He nods and puts on the button up shirt he wore last night, we both said our goodbyes as Tony left. And I immediately felt bad for Tony as I remembered that me and Brendon have a "date" tonight, should I even call it that? My thoughts are soon interrupted when I get a text from an unknown number saying I need to meet them at the coffee shop downtown, so I do. I put on my dark blue skinny jeans, a grey crop top and my maroon Pierce the Veil hoodie since it's cold.

I put on my maroon vans and put on Tony's SnapBack that he left for me, grabbing my phone and keys and getting in my car. When I get there a woman around her early forties waves at me and I walk over to her, when I get close to her I realize who it is....my mother. And she looks so youthful and healthy, her hair is put up in a high messy ponytail and her clothes consist of sweatpants and a long sleeve sweatshirt. I hesitantly sit down across from her and we order coffee, the silence totally awkward.

"Mya, my love, it's so good to see you. You're looking well, how are you and Ryan?" I choke on my coffee when she says the name 'Ryan' and I shake my head at her, she nods and drinks her coffee. When I look at my mother I'm filled with hate and sadness, since she did just watch me get abused and raped by my dad and his buddies. We sit in awkward silence before I speak up "What the hell did you text me for? Don't try and think you can come back into my life just like that, you know what you did to me.." I spit at her, and she puts on a mask of hurt.

"Baby...I honestly didn't know what to think of when I found out your father was doing terrible things to you, when you told me that he was doing that to you I didn't believe you because I thought you were lying and that your father was a nice man....but I was wrong. I hope you know me and your dad got a divorce and I'm married to a man who loves kids and wants to meet you and your sister, so I hope you'll give me a chance and come meet him. Also I've been 8 years sober and off drugs, I did it for my family. I want my family back..." She starts to tear up and I hand her my napkin which she takes thankfully.

I immediately feel bad that I wouldn't give her a chance so I decided to give her a chance "Mom....I'll give you another chance, I missed you so much.." I get up and walk over to her, giving her the biggest hug I could give her and she hugged me right back. When we stopped hugging she put her hands on my cheeks and looked at me in the eyes, studying my face. "You're just as beautiful as I remember you Mya, my little pumpkin. You've grown up to be a beautiful young lady.." I smile as we talk for hours about what's been happening with me and when I told her about Tony she immediately was overjoyed, requesting to meet him soon.

We also had lunch together and went record shopping since she started record collecting, which she bought the rest of the records that was my album. It was really good to talk and see her again and honestly, I was upset that I had to go home. I hugged her tight, gave her a kiss, and said goodbye leaving in my car. When I got back my dogs were jumping like crazy so I decided to take them on a walk, which I bumped into my brother Pete. We talked for a while and I told him about mom, so I gave him her number so they can talk it out. After about an hour he had to go home to his girlfriend and sons.

Pete had told me that he is expecting a baby girl with his girlfriend Meghan and I couldn't be happier, I was going to be an aunt to a little girl. I headed back home and decided to take a nap before I have to get ready for mine and Brendon's "date", in which I'm hoping Tony doesn't find out about. I woke up three hours later and decided to pamper myself once again, and when I was done I just chilled out until it was getting close to when Brendon would pick me up.

I finally decided to get ready an hour before Brendon picked me up so I did my skincare routine, makeup, hair and put on perfume. I went to my room and put on a dress and heels:

As soon as I was done Brendon knocked on my door so I rushed downstairs and all he could do was bite his lip and smile, he took my hand and opened my car door for me. I got in and he started driving somewhere, there was silence but it was good silence until Brendon spoke up "You look beautiful Mya, like usual." I blush hard and look down, smiling and saying thank you. We finally get to the restaurant which was nicer than the last, we sat down and I got to study Brendon. He was wearing a tux and his hair was in a quiff which didn't want to cope with the products in his hair so it just fell on his face, and his smile was as white as snow.

"Mya I invited you tonight not only to get to know you more, but to talk about tour which has been reduced to a week away. I'm assuming it's alright with you?" I nod as we order our drinks, and then I realized I needed to tell him about Tony. "Um hey Brendon, I need to tell you something-" I pause as I look at Brendon, worried of his reaction and he nodded for me to continue. "-Ever since I went to a party last night with my family so I could meet my sister's fiancé even though I know him, I've been dating Tony Perry..." as soon as I say the word 'dating' he frowns, eats the rest of his food and leaves without a word.

Why does this keep happening to me.....
