Brendon's POV
It's been a week since I talked to Mya and honestly I feel terrible, I felt like my heart was split in two. I started to like Mya more than I should've and I was right, she was too good for me and now she's with someone who actually deserves her. I was walking down the sidewalk of downtown Los Angeles and I was walking for no reason but to clear my head, I had to get Mya out of my head.

So I decided to stop by my favorite bar in Los Angeles, 'The Varnish' for a drink. As soon as I walk in I was met with Jaime and Dallon, in which Dallon was behind the bar and he slid me my favorite drink. I chugged about a quarter of it and sat down next to Jaime, both of them looking at me in worry. "Hey Brendon, is everything okay?" Jaime speaks up and puts a hand on my shoulder, I shook my head and took another drink. Let's say that I got too drunk to function.

Mya's POV
This week I was leaving for tour and I haven't heard anything from Brendon until today, he told me to meet him at his house so I could meet the rest of the band and that we could practice to get my vocal chords warmed up. So I took a shower, ate, did my makeup and got ready for the day:

I put the address into my phone and drove, putting in my 'Collide With The Sky' cd and turning it up loud while almost screaming the lyrics

I put the address into my phone and drove, putting in my 'Collide With The Sky' cd and turning it up loud while almost screaming the lyrics. I got to his house in a matter of minutes and turned off my car, getting out and knocking on the slightly oversized door of Brendon's house. The door opens and I am met with the tall Dallon with brown hair and  medium blue eyes, smiling at me. "You must be Mya, I'm Dallon. Please come in." He opens the door wider for me and I hesitantly walk in, looking around until I see three other men including Brendon.

I walk over to where Kenny, Dan, Brendon, and Dallon is, finally speaking up "Thank you for inviting me over, it is a pleasure to be here. So when do we start?" I look at all of them and Brendon looks up at me, looking angry at first but his expression softening when I smile at him. Kenny walks over to the backyard door and opens it, everyone following him outside to Brendon's studio. We walk in and I am met with a quite large studio, which the walls were covered in pictures of musicians and awards for previous records.

Brendon grabs my hand as he leads me to where a full ensemble of instruments stand, a drum kit almost against the wall, four microphones in the front, a bass on my right and an electric guitar on my left; and I am amazed at how nice looking everything looks. The boys all get in their positions and I stand to the right of Brendon, who finally speaks "Alright Mya, let's start with you singing us your new song." I look at all of them before I take a deep breath, singing:
----------------------------------------
"I don't want to know who we are without each other
It's just too hard
I don't want to leave here without you
I don't want to lose part of me
Will I recover?
That broken piece, let it go and unleash all the feelings

Did we ever see it coming?
Will we ever let it go?

We are buried in broken dreams
We are knee-deep without a plea
I don't want to know what it's like to live without you
Don't want to know the other side of a world without you
