a few days after the unfortunate event, Tenkai wakes up in a place that he somewhat recognizes. Its his house, but everything is white and looks like he's sitting in a drawing. He gets up and walks around and sees outlines of memories in the house, mainly ones of him and Gabby. She may not have come over often but they had enough fun to last a long time when she did. He gently smiles as he walks out of the house and sees everything else looks white ,there's also more outlines of him and Gabby everywhere.
*sigh* "I wish I could've made more of these...I had to leave her...the one thing that made me happy" he says with his head hanging.
"Is that so?" asks a mysterious voice as Tenkai quickly turns around to find it.
"....what the hell was that?" he asks suspicious.
"It was me" says the same voice this time presenting itself in front of our lost hero. It appears to be some kind of child in lily white clothes. The only thing is they are floating at eye level of Tenkai and have color surrounding them.
"Uhh hello? Who are you?" asks Kai while examining the levitating kid.
"My name is Ellie. I'm here to guide you to your initiation" she says as she smiles. "Please follow me."
"Uhh...no." Tenkai says with zero interest in the child and walks in the opposite direction.
"I thought you wanted to make more of these memories Kai" says someone in the same tone as Gabby. Tenkai turns around quickly and sees that Gabby is now standing behind him with her hand held out and her warm smile plastered across her face.
Kai gives a large smile but quickly drops it because he realizes its an illusion. He is nearly upset by it but is curious about the initiation and how he can "make more memories".
"Initiation to what, kid?" asks the dead man.
"Follow me and find out, hero" says the child who takes off in a rush.
"Hey! Wait!" screams Tenkai as he runs and the world around him changes into a world ful of color and earthy terrain. Ellie then jumps off of the edge of a landmass that turned out to be a floating island. Tenkai was determined to find out what she was talking about so he didn't hesitate to jump after her. He falls for a few seconds and lands in front of a large castle.
"You actually jumped? Wow. Most don't immediately jump due to fear and untrust but you came right down. Good job." she says as she claps with a gentle smile.
"Yea, well I ain't scared of too much of nothin'. Is this where my "initiation" is supposed to be held?" he asks while dusting himself off.
"Yes. Come." says the little girl as she pushes open the massive doors and enters. They walk through the massive building and enter a highly decorated and colorful room. There is a man with bright gold hair and eyes to match, he is sitting in a comfy-looking chair and smiles as the two enter.
"So you made the jump? Wonderful. I had no doubts that you would." he says with a friendly grin.
"So you knew I was coming? That's kinda weird but alright. I was told to follow Ellie for my "initiation"?" said the boy.
"Yes. Ellie, please leave." says the gold haired man as the girl obeys. "Now I want to ask you a few questions."
"Shoot" answers Kai.
"Do you recognize this place?"
No
"Do you remember me?"
No
"Do you know what happened to you?"
Yes....I....I am pretty sure I was killed....
