The Fight

And someone walked in...

Brandon's POV

Who is that? I thought as I looked at the girl infront of us.

"Your Highness, Mr Mikaelson is on his way, please be ready for his highness' arrival." The obviously compelled girl politely said, bowing low.

"Wait Chloe," a smiley nod makes me carry on "If he is also royalty, does that mean you two are like meant for each other?" I question worried expression on my face.

"The universe would hate us to be together, it would ruin the natural order of this life. Don't you worry, hunny." She walks up to me and kisses my cheek like a young school girl, then grows up suddenly to terrify us by simply stating "You all need to leave, if Klaus sees you all here he will kill you all. No buts, all of you out. NOW!" I quickly kiss her and leave with the others trailing behind.

Chloe's POV

I wish that kiss lasted longer than two seconds, but they are now gone and hopefully will get away from here safely. I would never forgive myself if any of them got hurt. Foot steps from behind, pull me from my thoughts.

"Klaus, I presume." I say with a bow.

"Chloe, I presume." He mimics

"Well, you know how this goes down..." He says, with a smirk playing on his face.

"If one dies, so does the other. So we are going to fight, but not kill each other. All of your enemies are expecting me to give up my life to get rid of you, but I think we both know thats not going to happen." I say, mimicing his menacing smirk. Nodding, we get ready for the fight.

"Wait, You didn't tell us that!" I hear Brandon's voice call out, shaking my head I slowly walk to the door.

"First of all, you were meant to go. And secondly, if I had told you guys that you would never have gone. You need to leave, please. I can't lose you, not yet!" I scream in his face, i cannot lose him. My eyes plead for him to go, he seems to get the hint and leave. Breathing out the breath, i was apparently holding, i turn and go back into the room.

"A friend of yours?" Klaus asks, with a everlasting smirk.

"Yes, Now where were we Klaus?" I smirk, using the question as more of a statement.

Two Hours Later

"My injuries are more or less healed, how about you Klaus?" I ask, the original in front of me.

"I seem to be all good. I must say I am impressed with your fighting. Fought much?" He asks, curiosity evident in his voice.

"I am at a mixed comprehensive, they are some obvious bitches. Amazingly a there are about a dozen bitchy vamps, she came off worse. Anyway, how Mystical Falls and New Orleans?" I explain

"Okay, Elena's a vampire and Stefan has found out he is a doppelganger. So all's good in Mystical falls and I got a girl pregnant, so normal stuff." Klaus explains. Confusion covers my face, causing him to continue "She's a werewolf and I am a hybrid. Apparently, my werewolf side makes it possible for procreating." he finishes for my benefit. "So, hows your life in sunny England?"

"Less glamorous, then your life with Miss Caroline Forbes. But, I am finally happy again. In over 150 years, I am happy again. What happens when the world knows the truth that neither of us are dead? Say we almost died, but saved ourselves.No that is a shitty reason, why don't we just say that we came to an agreement? That we wont cross each other and carry on with our strange lives." I answer, we nod and shake hands. "It was nice doing business with you, Niklaus Mikaelson." I say with a bow. He bows "As it was with you." and leaves.
