Nikki POV
Its a cold, November morning. Snow has already fallen and the sky is still dark. Not only have I started a war but I've put my whole pack at risk. Everybody but I have to worry about Inez and my dad. They're all I've got. I'm sitting at one of the many small fires around when a hand on my shoulder makes me jump. I look up and see my older sister Inez.
"Hey, you okay?" she asks I nod and turn to face her. "Its getting colder every night and I don't think the pups will handle it."
"I know, we have to build some kind of protection if we wanna survive this winter and Richard sure as hell won't let us leave the woods." I say. She nods and we look around. The pups are playing in the snow as if this is all just a big game. "How's Theo holding up?" I ask. She shrugs and looks to him, sitting at another fire with Jason ans Eric.
"I hope he's okay. We havesn't spoke much for about a week so I don't know." she says. I feel really bad that I'm destroying my sister's relationship.
"I'm sorry, its my fault. I started this and I'm pulling you and Theo apart." I say looking down. She takes my hand and kisses it.
"Thats what young sisters do, they're a pain in the ass." she says making me smile. "This isn't your fault, its nothing. They started this themselves."
"Yeah but still. I killed they're Alpha and pissed them off." I say. She shakes her head and kisses my cheek.
"Why don't you spend some time with your boys? They need some.....entertainment." she says. I punch her shoulder playfully.
"Fine, I'll see what I can do with them. You try and talk it out with Theo, okay?" I say. She nods and stands up.
"Just do me a favor and use protection." she says before walking away. I smile and shake my head, turning my attention back to messing with the fire. Than an arm wraps around my waist, picking me up. I turn and see Jason smiling at me.
"What do you think your doing?" I ask as he throws me over his shoulder.
"Well, we want some entertainment." he says. Eric is right next to him, smiling as we walk further away from the pack. We walk for a while before he lets me down. "Climb this tree."
"What? If you think I'm gonna have sex in a tree than you got another thing coming." I say making them sigh.
"Get your sexy ass up there or we'll just have sex in the ice, cold snow." Eric says. I groan and climb up the tall, thick tree. All the way until I find a solid floor built into the tree. I climb onto it and sit down.
"Did you guys build this?" I ask. They nod and sit down next to me, Jason pulling me onto his lap. "Its nice, away from the others."
"Good, its a place to......enjoy ourselves." Eric says kissing my neck from behind, hitting his mark. A moan forces it's way out making Jason chuckle and kiss me full on the lips. I'm pushed back onto Eric's chest with Jason on top. One thing leads to another and all knows what happens.
